The successful candidate will be expected to perfom:

Administrative outputs within given parameters such as:

• Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s operational plan.
• Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s budget plan.
• Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s procurement plan.
• Research and draft business cases/submissions for procurement of law enforcement tools of trade and other requirements.
• Coordinate, research and draft policies, standard operating procedures and circulars.
• Coordinate, compile and draft monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Assist to manage the business units Risk Register.
• Coordinate and provide a Secretarial service to the business units management meetings/strategic sessions.
• Render and efficient and effective support service to law enforcement personnel.

Requirements

Minimum Formal Qualification

• Relevant Diploma or equivalent NQF level 5 qualification in Office Administration (Essential).

Minimum Relevant Experience

• Two (2) years’ Office Administration experience.
