    SADC Regional Growth Executive - Lesaka ( FinTech)

    Purpose of the Role

    • The SADC Regional Growth Executive holds ownership of high‑level management, sales expansion, and growth performance across the SADC Region.

    This includes:

    • Leading and managing international sales and growth structures
    • Co‑developing new country expansion strategies
    • Designing primary route‑to‑market plans for new territories
    • Leading direct sales teams, independent agents, franchise partners, and country leadership structures

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Development

    • Build culture and align regional initiatives to company strategy and budget
    • Lead and develop field sales managers, sales representatives, and distribution agents

    • Build strong partnerships with independent Sales Agents and Franchise partners

    Qualifications and Experience

    • B Degree in Banking/ Risk / Commerce or equivalent NQF 7 qualifications
    • 5-8 years Retail banking experience that includes management responsibilities, strong team leadership.

    Head Of Facilities

    Job Description

    • The Head of Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all facilities owned or operated by Lesaka Technologies. This includes offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and other facilities as needed.
    • The primary goal of this position is to ensure that all facilities are kept in optimal operating condition, in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, and provide a safe and productive work environment for all employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other infrastructure.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility maintenance services, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.
    • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to health, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and expansions of facilities as needed.
    • Manage the budget for facilities management, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facilities management staff, including supervisors, technicians, and custodial staff.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to address facility-related issues and support their operational needs.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in facility management to continuously improve processes and operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining facilities in a corporate or industrial setting.
    • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating staff.
    • Proficient in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Knowledge of relevant software and tools for facilities management, such as CMMS, CAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
