    Sales Consultant - Urology & Laser | Durban

    Job Description

    Areas of Responsibility

    • Responsible for the sales of the Endoscopy and Urology range of products, including maintaining and growing existing business and expanding of sales within the assigned territory;
    • Scheduling and attending appointments with existing and potential customers;
    • Demonstration of products to Clinical personnel;
    • Completion of weekly planner and activity report for submission to direct manager;

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement;
    • A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage;
    • Any medical-management or -marketing qualification would be a definite advantage.

    Experience Required

    • Previous Sales experience;
    • Medical experience is a preference and previous experience in a similar position such as Endoscopy, Urology, Critical Care or any experience in the Medical Industry would be an advantage;
    • Knowledge of the target group of customers such as Stock Controllers, Pharmacy Managers and relevant Support Staff, will be an advantage;

    Sales Representative Urology & Hysteroscopic Solutions | Cape Town

    JOB PURPOSE: 

    • To drive sales growth and market share across Urology and Hysteroscopic Solutions (HYS) portfolios by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering clinically relevant solutions.
    • The role focuses on supporting procedures, promoting minimally invasive technologies, and positioning Olympus as a trusted partner in urological and women’s health care.

    MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets for urology and hysteroscopy portfolios.
    • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Drive both capital equipment and consumables sales.
    • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, quotations, tenders, negotiations, and closing. 

    Clinical & Technical Support
