    Responsibilities

    SDLC Management 

    • Is responsible for each phase of the product or project life cycle, end to end from inception, growth, maturity to decline. Where applicable this includes inception, requirement, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, infrastructure, capacity, performance, support, monitoring and decommissioning as required.

    Intermediate UI/UX Designer

    Responsibilities

    Research 

    • Conduct in-depth user research, including user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
    • Identify the potential users of the system in terms of geographic location, financial standing, culture, language and other factors.
    • Analyse what users are saying to reveal their user goals.
    • Analyse qualitative data and provide recommendations.
    • Present the data in ways that can be used to drive design: a) personas, b) user stories, c) user journey maps

    Intermediate Financial Reporting Analyst

    • Assist in the reconciliation of Balancing The Account (BTA), Balancing The Cash  (BTC), and Balance Recon Reports (BR) by investigating variances, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring reports are delivered to customers on time.
    • Work on tax reconciliation (Tax 3 reports to Tax 2 financial reports) to identify and mitigate financial risk to the company and ensure that tax-related discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Support the resolution of variances between internal financial reports (e.g., Tax 2) and Cube reporting by investigating discrepancies, collaborating with the team to make adjustments, and ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
