    Post Basic Pharmacist Assitant Grade 1

    Requirements :

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, appropriate Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification that allows for registration with the SAPC as a Pharmacist Assistant (Post-Basic).
    • Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant. Proof of payment for current annual registration.

    Duties :

    • The incumbent of the post will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. within the scope of the following duties: Stock control which includes receiving, issuing, reporting and maintenance of stock (electronic and manual systems), including receiving of bulk stock according to FEFO/FIFO, batch and expiry dates, correct storing of stock, issuing of stock on monthly and emergency orders, and assist with doing variance investigations on all stock in the store where discrepancies are experienced.

    Quality Assurance Coordinator - Re-advertisement

    Requirements :

    • National Senior Certificate and a basic qualification accredited with South African Nursing Council (SANC) in terms of Government Notice. R425 Qualification (i.e. Diploma/Degree in Nursing as a Professional Nurse in General, Psychiatry and Midwifery.

    Operational Manager General

    Requirements :

    Medical Registrar

    Requirements :

    • Radiotherapy Planning & Protocol Enforcement: Oversee the clinical implementation of advanced modalities (e.g., 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT, Brachytherapy, and Stereotactic Radiosurgery). Establish, audit, and update departmental protocols based on local and international oncology guidelines.
    • Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Leadership: Chair or lead tumor boards and MDT meetings with medical oncologists, surgical specialists, pathologists, and radiologists to manage complex cancer cases.

    • Work responsibility within a multi-disciplinary team. Work at and participate in outreach, academic and research programmes at any of the Gauteng Health Facilities affiliated with the Department of Orthopaedics Surgery of the University of the Witwatersrand.

    Duties :

    • To develop an asset strategy and co-ordinate the implementation of Assets Management Strategy and plan. Develop and implement Asset Management Policies, procedures and guidelines.
    • Manage the departmental asset register and ensure is updated regularly and complies with the provisions of generally recognised Accounting Principles (MCS) and National Treasury norms and standards, including Finance leases. Develop implement and maintain processes to ensure proper control of work.
    • The management of assets disposal, transfers, donations, Finance Leases and immovable assets, ensure that reconciliation between the Asset Register and Trial Balance is performed monthly; Preparation of Annual Financial statements on Assets; Provide training on developed policies, procedures. Ensure Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual asset register reports are submitted to the Provincial Treasury and other legislated offices.
    • Compile, execute and monitor the yearly physical asset verification. 'Review Asset Verification Plans of all institutions and consolidate for reporting to relevant stakeholders. Provide support to all Departmental Institutions. Asset Management learner guide and guidelines; Manage relationships between the directorates, internal and external stakeholders i.e. Health Institutions, Provincial Treasury, AGSA etc.
    • Manage resource to ensure effective staffing levels and utilization according to organisational needs and perform Ad-Hoc activities as required to achieve the Departmental objectives. Quality control of work delivered by employees Inform guide and advice departmental employees on asset management matters to promote correct implementation of sound asset management practices. Management of staff performance, development and maintenance of discipline.
    • Undertake Human Resource and other related administrative Functions Establish implement and maintain efficient and effective Communication arrangements.

    Requirements :

    • Undertake market and industry research and then determine and develop proposals for implementation. Assess the results of the research on the market, interprets and develops proposals for the relevant strategic sourcing strategy and/or procurement methodology.
    • Ensure compliance with quality requirements. Determine whether specifications should contain any special conditions. Determine the correct or relevant preference point system. Collect and collate information for the annual procurement plan. Check and analyze the information. Confirm availability of funds or budget.     • To manage and ensure compliance to all SCM processes and ensure reporting within the operation of the SCM Compliance and Reporting Unit. Establish internal controls for procurement processes to ensure ethical and transparent practices. Assist in reviewing of supply chain management policies and standard operating procedures ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
    • Review and assess the RFQ and RFP processes for compliance. Manage the GPT SCM Compliance report and ensure the action plan register is implemented. Coordinate audit requests and responses across supply chain functions. Ensure compliance with all audit requirements, policies, prescripts, standards and procedures.
    • Develop compliance reports and analyse procurement data to identify trends and opportunities. Oversee the compliance with regards to proper documentation management.     Deputy Director Content Development And Media Relations

    Requirements :

    • Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate, A recognized bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)/National Diploma (NQF Level 6) with 360 credits qualification in Journalism/ Media Studies/ Public Relations or Communication.

    Requirements :
