    Sales Consultant, Retail - iStore Cresta

    Position Summary:

    • The Sales Consultant is responsible for maximizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the sales process. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The Sales Consultant will be expected to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate input and recommendations to customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement:

    • Proven experience in sales or relevant customer-facing roles.
    • Familiarity with the sales process and techniques.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our retail environments.     Qualifications:

    Education: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.

    Experience: 

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail tech or consumer electronics industry.

    Skills:

    • Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
