    EES Sales Engineer

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Support EES BLM in development of Business Development and Sales Strategy, Market engagement Tactics
    • Monitoring and Tracking of Sales Opportunities and Leads
    • Regular Client visits, sales calls and cold calling for expansion of product sales
    • Engaging with all levels of customer organizations to develop a strong relationship and market knowledge on Epiroc Products and Services
    • Supporting Service Administrators with development of Quotations, Back Orders and ETA's
    • Managing of customer expectations and delivery details
    • Development and maintaining of sales leads, opportunities and pipelines related to Epiroc Infrastructure products and services using the approved internal CRM Tools

    Customer Experience Manager

    Mission

    • The role encompasses full accountability for the strategic positioning, relationship management, operational delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance (including revenue and cost), and growth of dedicated accounts, ensuring account growth and profitability.  This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the successful candidate to be an integral part of the rapidly growing digital and automation portfolio within Epiroc.  Ensuring that the existing customer base within Southern Africa is maintained and that upselling opportunities are managed from initiation to closure.     Responsibilities:

    • Financial:

    Product Specialist - Mogalakwena

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Installation & Commissioning of underground Diesel equipment
    • Troubleshooting and technical assistance on Underground drilling / Bolting / Hauling equipment
    • Optimize Drilling & Bolting application according to underground environment
    • Assist on right drilling tools and GET are used to ensure optimum drilling / hauling performance
    • Ensure all pressure and RCS setting are aligned to mining application
    • To ensure equipment performance and high equipment availability,

    Electronic Design Engineer

    Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job:

    • Design and develop electronic systems for Mernok’s current and future Proximity Detection Systems
    • Develop embedded applications for microcontrollers / microprocessor in control systems
    • Design Electronic applications - from schematic capture, PCB layout to test, planning and implementation to meet requirements, using good engineering practices
    • Support and maintain existing product designs
    • Develop component qualification processes for extreme environments
    • Continually improve Mernok’s design methodology and development processes
    • Define internal interfaces between parts of the electronics
    • Consider system aspects that may affect the electronics, including noise and power distribution.
