    Business Analyst (Property Management)

    Responsibilities:

    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, specify, and validate business requirements.
    • User Story Development: Create and maintain clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business goals and user needs.
    • Process Mapping: Document current and future state business processes using appropriate methods and tools.
    • Methodology Adaptation: Facilitate Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as per project requirements.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with stakeholders across various levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to project teams and stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
    • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure delivered solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions based on industry best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a property management or related field.
    • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt approach as per project needs.
    • User Story Writing: Strong expertise in writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
    • Qualification: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in Business Analysis or related fields is advantageous.
