    Administrator: General Admin & Membership – Fixed Term (Gauteng Vaal)

    The DA wishes to appoint a dynamic, self-motivated and goal driven individual, who will be based at our Regional Office in Gauteng Vaal. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Support Services Officer with an indirect reporting line to the Provincial Support Services Manager and Provincial Director.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring effective and efficient functioning of the membership system and general administration in the region.

    Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
    • 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in an office environment, with a specific focus on data capturing
    • Computer literacy essential
    • Excellent organisational abilities and process driven
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
    • Strong coordinating skills
    • An ability to work effectively and energetically around a demanding work schedule

    Regional Election Warehouse Administrator – Fixed Term (Cape Town)

    The DA wishes to appoint a dynamic, self-motivated and goal-driven individual in the Western Cape Metro.

    The successful candidate will report to the Metro Regional Campaign Manager.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Providing efficient and effective warehouse and logistical assistance in the Region
    • Producing weekly warehouse reports
    • Maintaining campaign administrative systems for the effective operations of the warehouse

    Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
    • Relevant experience, which may include warehouse support, logistics or merchandising
    • Experience in project and financial management advantageous
    • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
    • Ability to interpret data
    • Ability to function well and work independently in a fast-paced environment

    Quantitive Researchers – Fixed Term (Cape Town)

    The DA wishes to appoint dynamic, self-motivated and goal driven individuals, who will be based at our Federal Head Office in Cape Town. The successful candidates will report to the Research Team Leader, with an indirect reporting line to the Voter Contact Manager.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Conducting as many high-quality survey interviews as possible with residents who meet screening criteria and accurately capturing their responses

    Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
    • Relevant data capturing experience
    • Must be able to read, write and speak English, and at least one of the following languages: Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu, Sesotho, Sepedi and/or Setswana
    • Computer literacy essential
    • Previous experience working in a call centre advantageous
    • Previous survey fieldwork experience advantageous
    • Excellent telephone etiquette
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and dynamic with a positive “can-do” attitude
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in line with specific standards
