    Lead Implementation Manager

    About this opportunity !

    The implementation manager role will be responsible for the project management of the End to End network delivery of an assigned number of sites in a major network rollout delivery program.

    What you will do

    • Manage site roll-out across project with a focus on certain area’s/clusters.
    • Manage sub-contractors working for Ericsson in Network Roll-Out ensuring sub-contractor is on the track with agreed rollout plan. This includes leading Site Survey and Rollout, new equipment logistics, site access.
    • Ensure that the network implementation work is in accordance with Ericsson procedures, local laws, regulation and with respect to customer’s directives.
    • Development of Implementation project budget.
    • Monitoring and Control of implementation spend in alignment with budget.
    • Establishment and familiarisation of their assigned program cluster & site list in Site Handler.
    • Complete awareness of the latest current reported status from the Approved Service Providers (ASPs) in the field.
    • Governance of the Ericsson sub-contracted ASP re: their strict compliance and adherence to their contracted scope of work.
    • Co-ordination with a group of specialist resources providing functions and services: H&S, QASIS and Logistics, to deliver an assigned portfolio of sites within the portfolio of clusters assigned.
    • Assign priorities to the ASP and Integration team to focus and drive delivery each and every day.
    • Monitoring, driving and realisation of daily, weekly and monthly delivery run rates and requirements to the customer business as per the Ericsson contracted commitments.
    • Report on plans and progress in regards to the implementation.
    • Identification, mitigation, reporting along with the management and control of risks to the program plans.
    • Act to resolve unforeseen technical, quality and performance issues.
    • Responsible to manage exceptions, slippage and issues of priority, at project level, escalating where required and initiating proactive and mitigating actions to address same wherever appropriate.
    • Responsible to provide leadership, command and control and direction to team.
    • Trigger purchase orders and invoice follow-up for implementation work.
    • Assure the quality of implementation and act on performance issues.
    • Identify add on sales opportunities related to implementation in ongoing projects.
    • Responsible for ensuring the quality of data in ERISITE is accurate and up to date.
    • Assure that Ericsson preferred processes, methods and tools are implemented and followed.

    You will bring 

    • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or Technical College, preferably in telecommunication, science, engineering or business field, or proven work experience.
    • Previous experience in Implementation Rollout Experience in Radio Networks involving New Site Builds, Modernizations and Expansions
    • Knowledge of E/OHS will be helpful
    • Knowledge of Site Survey, Technical Site Survey Reporting, Understanding needed material and Ordering Material Accurately
    • Proven experience in effectively managing subcontractors (ASP/SP) across large projects
    • Have excellent Planning and Scheduling skills.
    • Good experience with Ericsson processes preferable
    • Knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability implement/drive corrective actions and efficiencies.
    • Have good customer and sub-contractor relation skills.
    • Good financial understanding and the ability to manage cost efficient solutions.
    • Experience of relevant Ericsson tools like ERISITE preferable
    • Advanced experience and understanding of Ericsson Radio Products in a Live Deployment
    • Good Knowledge of Use Microsoft Office Tools

    Implementation Coordinator (Documentation)

    The Documentation Coordinator role will be responsible for the end to end documentation related to End to End delivery of an assigned number of sites in a major rollout delivery program.

    What you will do

    As Documentation Coordinator the following are expected from the individual:

    The Role will be to coordinate all activities related to documentation to ensure sign-offs are achieved by the customer including but not limited to:

    • Pre-Installation Approval Documentations
    • Installation Documentations
    • Pre-Acceptance test Procedures Documentations
    • Physical Acceptance Documentations
    • Final Acceptance Documentations
    • Certificate of Completion (COC)
    • Completion Module (C-MOD)
    • Certificate of Acceptance (COA)
    • Responsibilities related to this role will be as follow:
    • Daily tracking of all End-to-End Delivery Documentations from Survey to Acceptances.
    • Daily engagement with ASP and Other delivery stakeholders on:
    • Documentation Status
    • Acceptances
    • Rejections
    • Correction actions
    • Schedules for corrective actions
    • Liaise with deployment stakeholders on validation of all applicable documentations.
    • Manage the correspondence of validation output to applicable stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure appropriate actions are followed and tracked.
    • Manage and follow up on the compilation and storage of all applicable documentations.
    • Drive and track the Submission of Validated and Complete Acceptance Documentation to Customer Stakeholders following applicable procedures
    • Update applicable Status of related Documentation Milestones on ERISITE

    IM Coordinator (Material)

    About this opportunity !

    The main responsibilities for the position are as below however the candidate will also need knowledge and skills related to site supervisor profile and technical Ericsson skills and knowledge.

    What you will do

    • Follow up on the planning of hardware dispatch sent by the implementation team.
    • Reminding each ASP of the hardware dispatch to be taken at the warehouse.
    • Follow up with the warehouse team if any material to be dispatched on a site is not yet validated and call out.
    • Support the warehouse team to prepare the materials in case of an urgent request.
    • Manage with the warehouse team for any urgent or unplanned dispatch to be done.
    • Check the materials from any shipment arriving at the warehouse, compare the packing list vs physical equipment received. Report in case of any issue such as: broken material, unmatching number of the material received vs packing list, missing item, mistake on the product code received vs product code on the packing list.
    • Support the warehouse team to unpack and store the Ericsson’s materials to have an accessible bin.
    • Check physical stock of any item if required as sometimes, the stock on the DHL system may not be updated correctly and not match the physical stock.
    • Focal point of each ASP with the warehouse team in case of any request about hardware dispatch: planning to be postponed, material issue.
    • Support warehouse team in case of any document from the warehouse missing on their side.

    You will bring

    • Ericsson Radio Knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Ericsson Cabinet Types and Radio Modules
    • Knowledge of Basic Script Loading for 2G/3G/LTE/5G Products and Basic RBS Commissioning
    • Knowledge of RF, RF Installation, RF Kitting, RF Fault Finding and RF Testing.

    Implementation Coordinator (Third Party Application Coordinator)

    About this opportunity !

    The Third-Party Applications Coordinator role will be responsible for the end to end permit process flow for Build, Tower-Co and Third-Party Applications related to End to End delivery of an assigned number of sites in a major rollout delivery program.

    What you will do

    • Manage the applications and agreements for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure on Radio Sites.
    • Manage the Permit Application Process Flow from ISS through to Final Building Plan Approval and Site Handover to the construction team.
    • Coordinate and supervise permit applications, regulatory reports, and construction plans for sites.
    • Report the status of projects to clients, subcontractors, and other involved parties.
    • Provide support and processing requirements within reduced time frames for related Build, Tower-Co and Third-Party Applications.
    • Supervise support team and subcontractors working on sites in relations to network rollout
    • Negotiate 3rd party site sharing agreements (co-location)
