    Technical Program Manager, Data Center Colocation Operations

    About the job
    As a Data Center Colocation Operations Technical Program Manager, you will be deeply involved in nearly every aspect of colocation operations of our electrical, cooling, and IT infrastructure. You will partner with the Google data center engineering team, hardware operations, network Infrastructure, and third party data center vendors and operators with a focus on operability, maintainability, and reliability. In this role, you will represent the operations organization, and will be responsible to ensure operability, maintainability, and reliability are critical criteria for Google assets.

    Responsibilities

    • Support site selection process through operational and technical knowledge
    • Perform operational assessment and risk analysis of third party colocation sites
    • Own colocation sites facility operation within an area/region, with full accountability for this area tactically and strategically
    • Keep main stakeholders informed about current work and discuss strategic decisions and directions with them

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience
    • Experience with financial analysis and cost of ownership analytics
    • Experience with mission critical operations in data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, power, nuclear, or other industries
    • Experience providing risk assessment, risk management, and quality assurance for technical projects

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering
    • Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior executives
    • Reliability Centered Maintenance and engineering experience
    • Excellent ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way

    Associate Product Marketing Manager, Ads Marketing

    Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

    As the Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM), you will learn and develop more about our business in global markets, rotations to gain exposure to different products, marketing functions, and/or global locations, extensive opportunities for networking across marketing with APMM peers and alumni, and mentoring from executive leaders.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage Ads partnership and agency relationships across the region.
    • Execute Ads Partnership Business Development across the region.
    • Manage and organize Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) events.
    • Develop messaging, collateral, events, and business strategies aimed at acquiring advertisers and increasing engagement.
    • Monitor and measure the performance of different channels and activity to continuously improve the return on investment of marketing programs.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, consulting, or related field.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with driving campaign performance.
    • Experience in performing versus goals (e.g. sales).
    • Knowledge of Online Marketing and Google Business Advertising Products.
    • Ability to manage complex projects.
    • Ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
    • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
