Job Purpose

To facilitate and integrate alignment to Nedbank Human Resources processes; practices and provides advice and services to optimise Human Capital within Nedbank by operating as a strategic business partner

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver required HR people results by managing the adherence to all HR policies, procedures and legislation regarding the full HR value chain (Workforce planning, Sourcing, Recruitment and selection, Remuneration, On boarding, Career and Talent management, Performance management, Reward and Recognition, Transformation, Employee Relations, Culture, Employee Wellbeing, People development and Exiting / Off boarding).
• Managed risk and institutionalised governance and compliance
• Comply, monitor and take corrective action relating to risk standards by flagging people risks and incorporating risk management aspects back into the HR processes.
• Delivered learning results
• Continuously develop professional and Human Resources knowledge through identifying training and courses for self-development.
• Successfully obtain acceptance and buy-in from stakeholders for proposed projects, systems, products and services through stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitated strategic alignment
• Incorporate the business strategic elements into the HR objectives by interpreting Nedbank HR strategies.
• Participate in the development of the business unit business plan through alignment of HR strategy with the overall business strategy.
• Facilitated and delivered diversity, change and transformation processes
• Support transformation goals by assisting with the facilitation and implementation of change and transformation processes and activities.
• Monitor and analyse employment equity trends, and ensure corrective action where necessary by interpreting staff turnover trends and its impact on transformation.
• Review HR work methods, processes and systems for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• HR related degree or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualification

• Honours HR related degree
• Minimum Experience Level
• 3 - 5 years experience in HR consulting role

Job Purpose

To oversee and action on the creation and compilation of management and strategic reports that are aligned to strategic intent, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and recommending insights that enable sound business decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Report and present effectively the key findings in an appropriate way to the audience for them to execute decisions
• Improve client delivery/experience by encouraging a proactive environment of quality analytics and insights.
• Developed trusting / professional internal relationships and establish clear lines of communication between stakeholders to ensure that quality of delivery is always upheld
• Developed collaborative relationships with contractors / consultants / suppliers which met business needs.
• Produce targeted reports/presentations that summarise findings and recommendations to inform senior management decision-making
• Support the annual and interim reporting process for CIB
• Provide indept analysis and insights into Competitors and rankings across the business
• Develop Analytical dashboards for measuring and monitoring portfolios across the entire CIB
• Manage the risk based budget supporting the 3 year planning process
• Effective monitoring and analysis of Regulatory/Economic capital within the Cluster
• Identify various stakeholder requirements and collaborate across divisions to achieve common purpose
• Challenging the status quo with a view to improving the environment or people's understading
• Sharing information in different ways to increase stakeholders understanding

Essential Qualification

• Honours degree or relevant 4 year degree
