    Universal Banker (Level 1)

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    To take demand from personal customers for any banking matters ranging from product questions to customer account activities (e.g., opening accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) parameters.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum Qualification 

    • Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
    • NQF5 Relevant FAIS qualification and experience.

    Experience Required

    • 1-2 years
    • If no FAIS experience, would then need to operate under supervision.
    • Previous experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.

    QRM Systems Analyst

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Responsible for ensuring that the ALM reporting production cycle, which includes Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk of the Banking Book (IRRBB) and Funds transfer Pricing reporting, is completed in an accurate and timely fashion. This entails managing the delivery, reconciliation and validity of all inputs into the current Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) liquidity and pricing models.
    Provide QRM system specific guidance and support to the Liquidity and Interest Rate risk in the Banking book teams. This includes maintenance and configuration of the existing QRM Framework. Assist the QRM project team where required and assume the responsibility for the delivery of tasks or milestones agreed to on the Project plan.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Type of Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
    • Field of Study: Finance, Mathematics or Econometrics Studies
       

    Experience Required

    • 3-4 years Risk Management
    • 3-4 years QRM and/or Treasury
    • Balance sheet understanding

    Manager, Debt Solutions

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    To assess and evaluate debt solutions for distressed clients (whether in the performing, early arrears or non-performing loan category) based on sound restructure, risk assessment and financial principles and policies which minimises the risk and reduction of credit losses to the Bank. This includes Advance Account consolidations, Home Loans consolidations, VAF restructures, Unsecured Products, Business Term Loans, Business Revolving Credit Plans (BRCPs) and Medium Term Loans.

    Experience
