    Service Technician - Workshop

    Your mission as a Workshop Technician

    • As a Workshop Technician at Jet Park, you’ll be part of a team that drives excellence in mining technology. Your mission is to deliver safe, precise, and reliable repairs that keep our equipment performing at its best. With every rebuild, inspection, and solution you provide, you’ll shape progress, grow your expertise, and make a real impact on our customers and the industry.

    What you’ll do

    • Work safely within a workshop environment
    • Adherence to SHEQ policies and procedure
    • Service, maintenance and repair on Epiroc's new and used equipment
    • Carry out modifications and software updates on batteries and chargers
    • Component rebuilds and repairs
    • Carry out high level repairs on batteries
    • Fault finding and problem solving
    • Ability to work well with others in a team
    • Carry out service, troubleshooting and repairs as per OEM standards and requirements.
    • Compile service and failure reports.
    • Completing warranty and upgrade claims
    • Timekeeping and tracking of labour.
    • Keep record of all repairs
    • Communication to product manager

    What you’ll bring

    • 3 – 5 years mining equipment (surface and underground) product knowledge and experience.
    • Grade 12 or equivalent with a Trade qualification (Millwright, Fitter, or related trade).
    • Strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills.
    • Understanding of schematics, including knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical systems
    • Experience with component evaluation and failure analysis, including the creation of detailed failure reports and recommendations for corrective action.

    Who you are

    • Advanced skills to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.
    • Good planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work according to safe work procedures and machine specifications.
    • Valid driver's license.

    Production Worker

    Mission of the role:

    • We are seeking a Production Worker to support the efficiency of production through assisting in assembly, testing, and packaging processes to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Tasks include soldering components, operating machinery, and adhering to production schedules to meet deadlines

    Your Mission:

    • Assist in the assembly, basic testing, and packaging of electronic equipment and/or devices according to established procedures.
    • Assists in the building of test units and prototypes.
    • Assists with the wiring of production units.
    • Perform tasks such as soldering components, operating hand tools, and following production instructions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and address any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

    Intermediate Software Developer

    Mission of the role:

    • We’re seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to design, build, and maintain reliable software solutions by applying solid technical skills, collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams, and continuously improving code quality, performance, and user experience while growing toward technical leadership.

    Your Mission:

    • Build and maintain full‑stack features (UI, services, data) using Microsoft technologies including Blazor for modern web UI.
    • Maintain and extend existing software per product roadmaps; diagnose and repair defects.
    • Participate in Scrum: update timesheets, maintain backlog item status/hours, report progress to Scrum Master and Product Managers.
    • Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Support to triage issues, reproduce defects, and validate fixes.

    • Intermediate experience with Agile Scrum and TDD.
    • Languages/Frameworks: C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, Blazor, MVC/MVVM, WPF.
    • Data: MS SQL (data modeling/design, functions, stored procedures), Kafka and related technologies, Entity Framework/EF Core, SQL performance basics.
    • Web: RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication/authorization patterns.
    • Tooling & DevOps:  CI/CD, build/packaging, automated tests; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
    • Practices: Agile/Scrum participation; exposure to TDD and iterative/performance testing.

    Mission of the role

    • We are seeking a Deployment & Infrastructure Engineer to deliver and maintain automated deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and environment management capabilities to support ART delivery, integration, and flow. This role focuses on hands‑on execution of CI/CD automation, environment stability, release operations, and technical governance across our platforms.

    Your Mission:

    • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps.
    • Implement secure pipelines for builds, releases, and environment promotion.
    • Increase automation coverage across deployment and validation processes.
    • Manage and support infrastructure hosting environments, including Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
    • Maintain platform configurations aligned with Epiroc and Azure best practices.
    • Support hybrid hosting where required (on‑prem and cloud).
    • Ensure stable, reliable development and integration environments.
    • Maintain environment readiness for ART teams, including configuration updates and integration checks.
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues to remove delivery blockers.
    • Execute in‑house deployments and release processes.
    • Perform release validation and ensure automated update mechanisms function correctly.
    • Apply governance frameworks such as Release & Deployment SOP, Azure security practices, and Epiroc compliance requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to security, configuration, and deployment standards.
    • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational guides for deployment and environments.

    Your Profile

    • Hold a Diploma in Computer Science or related field
    • Solid background in DevOps or Platform Engineering with hands-on Azure DevOps CI/CD expertise.
    • Experience working with enterprise Windows environments, IIS, and SQL Server.
    • Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones or similar cloud governance frameworks.
    • Proven experience supporting release pipelines and lifecycle management across multiple environments.
    • Exposure to SAFe, ART workflows, or integration environments.

    • Intermediate experience is required in managing complex production systems or multiple production facilities, along with expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards specific to the industry, and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing production processes and meeting organizational goals.
