    Production Manager

    Mission of the role:

    • Join us as a Production Manager.  You will oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining high quality standards. This includes managing a team of assembly line workers and production staff in both the manufacturing and mechanical production sections, coordinating their activities to optimize workflow and productivity.

    Your Mission:

    • Plan and manage production schedules to meet demand and targets
    • Coordinate with procurement, development, and other teams to ensure smooth operations
    • Monitor production performance, quality, and resource availability
    • Ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of customer orders
    • Analyse production data and drive continuous process improvements
    • Implement and maintain quality control measures and standards
    • Lead, train, and support production staff to ensure effective performance
    • Manage production issues, risks, and team performance
    • Maintain production documentation, reports, and administrative processes
    • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and engineering assistance

    Your Profile:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 
    • Beginner experience required in using production management software and tools.
    • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Intermediate experience is required in managing complex production systems or multiple production facilities, along with expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards specific to the industry, and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing production processes and meeting organizational goals.
