    Payroll Clerk: Bloemfontein

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Minimum 2-3 years’ payroll experience
    • Previous experience working with large staff complements will be advantageous
    • Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements, including PAYE, UIF, SDL, EMP201 submissions, and SARS eFiling
    • Experience with debtors’ administration
    • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word and Outlook, SAGE, VIP Payroll)
    • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
    • Fluent in Afrikaans & English (speak, read & write)
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Driver’s License & own vehicle
    • Must reside in Bloemfontein

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Payroll Administration:

    • Processing of payroll
    • Capture and maintain employee payroll information
    • Process leave, overtime, deductions, and other payroll adjustments
    • Ensure payroll is completed accurately and within deadlines
    • Prepare and submit PAYE, UIF, SDL, and EMP201 returns etc.
    • Process payroll-related statutory deductions
    • Submit payroll information via SARS eFiling
    • Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation and statutory requirements
    • Assist employees with payroll-related queries
    • Assist within other departments as and when needed

    Pharmacist: Bloemfontein, Free State

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    • BPharm or equivalent degree in Pharmacy
    • Current registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a pharmacist
    • Experience working as a pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or industrial pharmacy setting.
    • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge
    • Sound knowledge of South African pharmacy laws and regulations, including:
    • Medicines and Related Substances Act
    • Pharmacy Act
    • Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) guidelines
    • Understanding of controlled medicines (Schedules 4–6) compliance requirements

    Key Duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Accept overall legal responsibility and accountability for the operation of the pharmacy
    • Implement, maintain, and monitor Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards
    • Supervise and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacist assistants, and support staff
    • Ensure the safe procurement, storage, handling, and distribution of medicines
    • Maintain effective stock control systems, including monitoring expiry dates and preventing stock losses
    • Ensure secure handling of scheduled medicines (e.g. Schedule 5 and 6) in accordance with legal requirements
    • Maintain accurate and complete records and documentation as required by law
    • Oversee the dispensing process to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance
    • Ensure the pharmacy operates within its registered scope of practice
    • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Ensure training and competency of all pharmacy personnel
    • Be physically present at the pharmacy for the required minimum time as per regulations

    Road Accident Fund Litigation / Legal Secretary: Bloemfontein, Free State

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    • Road Accident Fund (RAF) experience
    • Experience with all aspects of RAF litigation, from lodging claims through to trial preparation
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Court Online experience will be advantageous
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written & verbal)
    • Experience coordinating medico-legal reports, including:
    • Arranging expert assessments
    • Following up on reports
    • Serving and filing reports

    Duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Manage Road Accident Fund (RAF) litigation files from inception to finalisation
    • Lodge RAF claims and prepare litigation documentation
    • Coordinate medico-legal assessments with experts
    • Follow up on outstanding medico-legal reports
    • Serve and file court documents
    • Prepare trial bundles and assist with trial preparation
    • Arrange expert witnesses and trial attendance
    • Manage court deadlines and diary appointments
    • Liaise with clients, advocates, experts and the courts
    • Ensure matters progress efficiently and timeously
