    National Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist

    • The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for managing the coordination of shipments accurately and timely manner, meeting customer transit time requirements. The Operational Care Specialist is part of a team (Operational Care Centers) responsible for coordinating transport activities by executing the necessary bookings with our partners and gateways, generating the required documentation, and monitoring each shipment, including deviation handling. You liaise with our customer care specialists to ensure specific requirements are met. Securing buy rates, as well as capacity with qualified carriers/partners, and or via the KN gateways is critical. All activities are to be performed in compliance with rules and regulations governing air transport, industry, and product standards, KN standards and guidelines, and executed via KN operational systems.

    How you create impact

    • Ensure timely, precise handling of all air logistics operations, minimizing delays and meeting customer deliverables.
    • Track shipments proactively, manage deviations, and maintain accurate visibility and financial data in KN systems.
    • Engage effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
    • Monitor carrier and partner performance, escalating issues when commitments are unmet to maintain service standards.
    • Drive cost efficiency and automation, contribute to process improvements, and support seamless account transitions with Sales and Customer Care.

    • Air Logistics Experience 3–5 years of hands-on operational experience in air freight or logistics, with a strong grasp of shipment processes and regulatory compliance.

    Sea Logistics FCL Operational Care Specialist

    • The Seafreight Operational Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center. Specifically, the Operational Service Representative is part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with CCL’s – Customer Care Locations, proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service collegues.

    National Customs Manager

    • The National Customs Manager is responsible for developing a competitive, reliable, and innovative customs standalone product in the country. This role focuses on creating a compelling value proposition for Kuehne + Nagel's customs standalone product, acquiring new business from international and local accounts, and managing full P&L ownership to ensure profitable growth. The manager will lead, coordinate, and drive the development of commercial strategies to win large/multi-country and SME opportunities in the standalone customs business. The key objective is to become a market-leading provider of highly digitized and compliant customs brokerage solutions in the region.

    • Develop and implement a business development plan to boost revenues in the customs standalone; Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with sales teams and through own initiatives; Define target accounts and establish strategies to secure them
    • Analyze the domestic customs brokerage market, mapping relevant verticals, customers, and industry trends; Assess market trends and opportunities, translating these into new customs approaches; Reconcile new approaches against existing product designs and responses; Draft a domestic roadmap for customs standalone based on the group's strategic value proposition and growth aspirations.
    • Focus on technical and commercial product development; Develop a go-to-market approach and value proposition for the customs standalone product; Support country customs teams to establish standalone products and teams
    • Increase connectivity with customers, suppliers, internal partners, and customs authorities via digital interfaces, bots, automated uploads, etc.
    • Establish strong relationships with clients' financial decision-makers as their single point of contact for all lines of business; Manage client relationships by conducting visits to understand their cross-border trade requirements
    • Serve as the first point of contact for the Sales organization, including Key Account and Field Sales, regarding customs brokerage-related opportunities

    • Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies, identify target accounts, and secure new business across international and domestic markets.
    • Strong capability in analyzing customs brokerage trends, mapping verticals, and translating insights into actionable product and commercial strategies.
    • 5-8 years of experience in National Management, sales, Leadership, and international business.
    • Experience with digital tools and technologies to enhance connectivity and automation
    • Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills

    National Air Logistics Development Manager

    • The primary duty of the Business Development Manager for Air Logistics is to drive the growth within the geographical scope, interface to FU Sales, BU sales engagement, lead/support product development, lead/support pricing, and all solutions under Air Logistics.

    • Proven 5–10 years of expertise in air logistics, complemented by 2–5 years in sales or business development, ideally within a global logistics environment.
    • Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving process improvements, and implementing structured performance frameworks to future-proof operations.
    • Deep understanding of air logistics products and market dynamics, with the ability to confidently represent the business in industry forums and client engagements.
    • Willingness to travel internationally as needed, paired with outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse cultures and functions.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Prior leadership experience in a senior logistics or commercial role is essential.

    Sea Logistics Sales Representative

    • Sea Logistics Field Sales personnel develop sea logistics business from existing and new customers in order to reach and exceed predefined targets set by the Customer Care Manager. They are primarily responsible for the growth of the SME customer segment, focused on hunting in key target trades as outlined by National Sea Logistics Management guidelines. Together with the Customer Care colleagues, Sea Logistics Field Sales is directly responsible for increasing Kuehne & Nagel's market share across the core Sea Logistics products and contributing positively to the gross profit of the Sea Logistics business unit.

    What we would like you to bring

    • Bachelors / master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration or related fields.
    • Proven Experience in Sea logistics.
    • Proven understanding of the local market and have worked before In similar position.
    • Must have strong customer focus, exceptional presentation skills and a team player.
    • Fluent in English and Local Language.
    • Ability to work independently without supervision is a plus.
