    Payroll Manager (69103)

    PAYROLL MANAGER

    • I'm partnering with a leading multinational FMCG organisation in Gauteng to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the payroll function and a team within a complex, fast-paced environment.
    • This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced payroll professional who takes accountability, can operate independently and has the technical depth to understand and solve complex payroll challenges.
    • A key priority will be leading a significant payroll simplification and restructuring project, ensuring the payroll environment is efficient, compliant and accurately reflected within the relevant systems.
    • The successful candidate will also have responsibility for Compensation & Benefits, working closely with HR and Finance to ensure remuneration, benefits, statutory requirements and payroll systems are accurately aligned.

    We're looking for someone who has:

    • Strong end-to-end payroll management experience

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the full end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
