    Senior Conveyancing Attorney

    • A leading South African conveyancing practice is looking for a Senior Conveyancing Attorney to join its Bryanston office. This is a senior, client-facing role for a technically strong conveyancer who can manage complex property transactions, lead a capable team, and help grow an already reputable conveyancing practice.
    • The role suits someone with a strong property industry network, a proven ability to bring in and retain business, and the confidence to work with property practitioners, developers, bond originators, financial institutions, and other key referral partners. In other words: less “back-office only”, more trusted legal partner.

    Duties / Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of property transfers, sectional title transactions, developments, and related conveyancing matters.
    • Oversee compliance with legislative, regulatory, and professional requirements.

    Conveyancing Paralegal - Transfers
