    Manager: Strategic Clients

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Execute strategic sourcing methodologies processes and administration activities for ICT Projects, to deliver fast and efficient tender turnaround times as well as achieve business operational efficiencies. 
    • Execute fact-based negotiation strategies and tactics as well as support supplier selection processes to enhance defined value propositions for Other ICT Projects. 
    • Manage customer/ supplier/internal stakeholder relationships to ensure supply chain stability, monitor and drive governance, contract compliance and performance. 
    • Manage resources (i.e. budget/finances, assets and human capital) within the business unit to ensure efficient operations. 
    • Execute the implementation of strategies for the promotion of the Procurement transformation agenda (B-BBEE, SMME, Local content, Black equity/ownership, industrialisation/manufacturing skills development, black youth, people living with disabilities, and black women) to develop the indigenous ICT sector. 

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree: Commerce/ Engineering/ IT /Supply Chain /Logistics/Law; or the NQF Equivalent. 
    • Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years in Procurement and Supply Chain Management of which 3 years must have been in a strategic sourcing role; demonstrable management capability required; sourcing experience in a Projects/ICT environment would be an added advantage; 1 years’ experience in Public Sector Procurement would be an added advantage, with exposure to the following: Public Finance Management Act, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act; Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes and Regulations; Treasury Regulations.

    Senior Buyer

    Key Responsibility Area 

    • Implement basic sourcing strategies, processes and administration activities for ICT Cluster (SITA Line of Business in order to deliver fast and efficient tender turnaround times as well as achieve business operational efficiencies. 
    • Coordinate the complete bid process including negotiation and supplier selection processes so as to enhance defined value propositions for ICT Cluster (SITA Line of Business) 
    • Maintain customer/ supplier/internal stakeholder relationships to ensure supply chain stability. 
    • Monitor and drive governance, contract compliance and performance. 
    • Assist Procurement manager in the management of resources (i.e. budget/finances, assets and human capital) within the section to ensure efficient operations. 
    • Assist in the execution of strategies for the promotion of the Procurement transformation agenda (BBBEE, SMME development, Local content, Black equity/ownership, industrialization /manufacturing skills development, Black youth, People living with disabilities, and Black women) in order to develop the indigenous ICT sector. 

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Minimum: 3-year Diploma / Degree in Commerce/ Engineering/ IT /Supply Chain /Logistics/Law or any relevant qualification equivalent to NQF level 6. 
    • Experience: A minimum of 4 Years in Procurement / Supply Chain Management. 1-year experience in Public Sector Procurement would be an added advantage, with exposure to the following: Public Finance Management Act Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes and Regulations Treasury Regulations.

    Senior Systems Engineer (System Analyst)

    Key Responsibility Area 

    • Lead the requirements definition, specification and design of ICT-based solutions in accordance with ICT standards. 
    • Implementation and support of ICT-based solutions in accordance with ICT standards. 
    • Provide maintenance and enhancement support of the existing systems. 
    • Project Management Support.  

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent 
    • Certification: Certification as a Systems Engineer with Incose will be advantageous. 
    • Experience: 6 -7 years’ experience in Systems Engineering and the integration of products into functioning operational environments, including solution development responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation. The applicant must have experience in requirement definition and analysis, the creation of specifications and the management of system integration by means of a total system lifecycle approach. Extensive experience with working on multiple tasks and report status. Experience in interacting with customers. Experience in the Defense industry will be advantageous.

    Senior Specialist: EUC Information System Security Operations

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Perform ongoing monitoring of information systems and assess threats and risks to information security; 
    • Coordinate security awareness and training programs to increase employees ' overall understanding, reaction time and the ability to envisage the company's potential safety and compliance requirements 
    • Perform compliance assessments and vulnerability assessments to ensure government and citizen information is secure 
    • Attend to all logged security incidents 
    • Collaborate and partner with internal business representatives to recommend appropriate products so that the solutions are developed with relevant security system design specifications 
    • Execute activities related to the implementation, and maintenance of information security controls and services aligned to the cyber security framework, policies, standards and procedures 
    • Management and Administration. 

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Required Qualification: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a relevant discipline verified / certified @ NQF level 6 qualification. 
    • Certification: Security + or Microsoft Security Certifications. 
    • Added Advantage: ITIL foundation and COBIT 5 Introduction Certified information system security professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Management (CISM). 
    • Experience: 6-7 years Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Infrastructure or Information Security (IS) or application life cycle management which should include the following: Working knowledge of information technology security risk management; Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF; GWEA; MIOS); knowledge of governance processes and standards (e.g. ISO 27001/27002; COBIT; ITIL); Exposure to information system security technical standards (e.g.: SSL certificates, anti-virus protection, etc.); Experienced in (e.g. Service Management, Converge Communication, Risk Management, Information Technology, Applications, etc.).

    • Understanding firewalls and switch management technology. Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g.TOGAF; GWEA; MIOS).
    • knowledge of governance processes and standards (e.g. ISO 27001/ 27002; COBIT; ITIL). Exposure to information system security technical standards (e.g.: SSL certificates, anti-virus protection, etc.).
    • Knowledge of technical monitoring and administration of various technical security solutions e.g. Anti-malware Management, Email Security Management, Privileged Account Management, Microsoft Security and Azure Security (MFA, Defender, DLP, Bitlocker, Sentinel, Intune, etc.).

    • Design new IT solutions. Coordinate Business Improvement initiatives and solutions. Provide Advanced Technical support solution designs.

    Qualifications and Experience
