    Brewing Maintenance Controller

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Asset Care

    • Manages all Brewing maintenance activities and lead a team on day shift
    • Diagnoses and interprets problems (fault finding) to optimize production output and with own team carrying out the plant repairs.
    • Responsible for the reduction of breakdowns in the Brewing area by analyzing breakdowns, complying with the PM requirements and implementing Continuous Improvements
    • Reviews and Implements the Planned Maintenance Procedures ( Weekly and Monthly Checklists).
    • Ensures that service levels agreements are maintained at the required standards by carrying out all breakdown, corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance, and loop closure implementation effectively.
    • Participate in executing the department’s asset care strategy and ensure the machine performance of the Brewing department is maintained.
    • Draws up, coaches and develops the engineering skills of other maintenance and operational staff using OPLs, SOPs and SWIs.
    • Controls and oversees maintenance cost against available budget.
    • Ensures engineering standards applied correctly.
    • Ensures compliance to Pressure Vessels and Equipment Regulations.
    • Supports the scoping of CAPEX projects within Brewing Plant.
    • Maintaining the integrity and security of maintenance management systems.

    Problem Solving and Decisions Making

    • Responsible for fault finding and problem solving of engineering/ operational problems by ensuring that the appropriate corrective action regarding any deviation from standards are taken
    • Takes responsibility and coach team members to use the 4 phases of problem solving
    • Identifies the major engineering losses in Brewing area and investigates using problem solving methodologies. (5 Why, Stage 1 etc.)
    • Reviews emergency works orders and initiate investigations and corrective action
    • Capability to develop and lead cross functional teams to deliver Business needs.

    Safety and Hygiene

    • Ensures team compliance with acts and procedures
    • Maintains 5S and housekeeping standards
    • Ensures reporting, investigation, documentation and action of incidents as per the relevant acts and procedures
    • Promotes safety awareness
    • Ensure compliance with special work permit requirements by own employees and contractors
    • Ensure compliance with Dust Explosion prevention and management standards
    • Administration

    Administration

    • Manages Level 1 - 2 team goals in Brewing area
    • Manages team’s maintenance performance measures
    • Conducts individual and team performance reviews and one on ones. Provides performance feedback
    • Leads all VPO initiatives in the department
    • Applies and sustains industrial relations initiatives, policies, procedures, agreements core values
    • Performs relevant routines and supervisory walkabouts and checks

    Quality

    • Ensures that Company Quality Standards and are adhered to in the utilities area

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum Qualification: BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Preventive Predictive Maintenance concerned with production plant, involved in the day to day inspections, preventive predictive maintenance and repair of machinery
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at various levels of the organization
    • Previous experience with VPO or other continuous improvement tools would be advantageous
    • Ability to prioritize and manage maintenance projects in a Brewing environment
    • Good knowledge of sustainable development reporting would be advantageous
    • Good all round knowledge of manufacturing
    • Demonstrated knowledge of SHE policies and procedures
    • Desirable, but not essential
    • Knowledge of Brewing plant or bottling hall production and processes will be an advantage

    Cybersecurity Operations Manager

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Operational Oversight

    • Manage 24/7 cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
    • Our globally centralized SOC requires strong teamwork and leadership skills for a unified response to cyber threats.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard information and assets.

    Incident Management

    • Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with zone and global teams and external partners to detect, contain, eradicate, and recover from cybersecurity incidents.

    Team Leadership

    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., POPIA, ISO 27001).
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
    • Execute regular global routines for data protection, privacy, third-party risk management, and vulnerability management.

    Communication

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the cybersecurity team and other departments, ensuring effective communication regarding security issues.
    • Prepare reports for senior management on security metrics, incidents, and ongoing cybersecurity projects.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
    • Proven experience leading security operations.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM (preferred) or CC (minimum requirement).
    • Experience with cloud security platforms and technologies.
    • Familiarity with securing on-premises servers and cloud technology. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks.

    Project Engineer

    Key roles and responsibilities

    • Manage and support in the execution of Capital Projects at a Regional level following approved project processes to ensure budgets are met, timeline are adhered to, quality of delivery is to specification and business benefit is derived
    • Support the Capital Budgeting process for the Region results in effective Capex business planning in the form of a Regional 5-year plan and Capex budget for the next year
    • Ensure that all assigned Regional Capex projects are optimized using Capital Optimization and Value Engineering techniques and that the projects business objectives are achieved by using solutions that are both technically and financially optimum

    • Maintain safe, healthy and risk-free working environment, this includes ensuring that contractors comply with all legal requirements, procedures manage financial performance, in specific, the efficiency of Capital and internal QESH standards
    • Ensure all projects at a Region comply with legislation pertaining to Sustainable Development and Environmental legislation
    • Spend in terms of value (Capital Optimization), commercial terms leveraged and optimized cash flows
    • Perform Project Management administrative functions to comply with the Project Management processes
    • Administer Regional SMDP and 5-year planning processes by facilitating regional departmental strategic review of Capital spend requirements to maintain quality, cost competitiveness and efficiency as well as optimizing capability as directed by Zone strategy
    • Ensure technical integrity of Capital proposals or requests drawing & general engineering standards

    Minimum Requirements:

    ESG Reporting Lead

    Key responsibilities:

    • Zone compliance with CSRD reporting requirements across environmental, social, and governance topics; evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, internal controls, and compliance with policies and regulations
    • Implementation and ongoing oversight of sustainability reporting control framework
    • Consolidation of Zone non-financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
    • Coordination of senior Zone functional leaders for on-time, complete, accurate, and consistent reporting across all material themes identified satisfying Internal Control, as well as other audit requirements
    • Training and support to Zone functions (Supply, Procurement, People, LCA) on reporting requirements and process implementation

    Minimum requirements:

    • Experience or strong interest and willingness to learn about relevant sustainability topics covered in mandatory reporting requirements
    • Experience in data analytics and relevant tools
    • Understands internal controls and has experience in designing and executing controls

    NOCC Supply PPM Specialist

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to all deadlines, milestones and submission requirements to the Zone VIC PPM team
    • Completion to all budget calculations w.r.t price and OPC’s/BOMs, completion of budget SCFD submission by plant
    • Completion of final budget is properly uploaded in all relevant tools (COGNOS, SCFD, SAP, Syspro, TM1, BPC)
    • Assist in delivery of weekly and monthly usage variance reports
