    Paid/SEO Specialist

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    Media Buying & Implementation:
     

    • Provide support to the Marketing Intelligence and Insight Manager and Senior Media Planner with day-to-day tasks and admin requirements.
    • Buying and Monitoring of Media (Television, Radio, Press, Print, Out of Home and Cinema).
    • Implement buying briefs as briefed by Marketing Intelligence and Insight Manager and Senior Media Planner
    • Prepare material chase lists including all relevant material requirements.
    • Liaise with Media Owner in order to fulfil chase lists.
    • Liaise with HWBs Production Teams in order to fulfil chase lists.
    • Check billing draft, monthly, pre pre-invoicing, action any discrepancies and advise Senior Media Planner.
    • Ensure media budgets are adhered to and escalate any potential variances.
    • Supervise projects from beginning to end, including but not limited to, marketing campaigns, commercial projects, recruitment projects and any other projects as may be required.
    • Analyse and streamline processes to improve efficiencies, collaboration and engagement across departments/businesses.
    • Trafficking of briefs between the Media and Production department.
    • Ensure internal stakeholders and management are kept updated with the proposed project campaigns, project plans and budgets.
    • Monitor and provide detailed reporting on all projects, ensuring these are constantly optimised and improved.

    What You’ll do for the Brand:

    • Supervise the daily operations of the QA department and QA team, with assessors responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions (calls, emails, chats & other).
    • Ensure alignment of Contact Centre SOP’s and QA training, coaching and assessment
    • Oversee the integration of QA assessment and coaching for Social Media and other online platforms
    • Management and allocation of team tasks and duties
    • Conduct regular quality calibration sessions with team members and operations respectively, to ensure consistent scoring and alignment with business goals (to align with scorecards and guidelines).
