The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Constituency Coordinator in building sustainable DA structures, strengthening community presence, and ensuring effective implementation of constituency campaign activities.
- Ensuring operational campaign delivery, activist coordination, voter engagement, and maintaining a consistent and visible DA presence within communities and ongoing political activity.
- Assisting in identifying community issues, coordinating grassroots campaign activities, supporting volunteers and activists, and ensuring accurate collection and management of voter engagement data.

- Managing foreign development projects and ensuing compliance with Political Party Funding Act
- Coordinating functions, projects and programmes that support the party as a learning organisation
- Coordinating functions to enhance the party's international footprint
- Supporting the department in project management and coordination of activities
- Developing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the party’s political objectives and work towards expanding our foreign funding

Minimum requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role with a focus on coordination and project management
- Relevant staff management experience, including on project basis or completion of the Party’s Management Readiness Programme (applicable to internal candidates)

- Exposure to international work, including diplomacy, interacting with international stakeholders, etc. (advantageous)
