    Testing Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a senior Testing Manager to lead end-to-end testing across projects while managing a team of testers. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to drive quality across the full delivery lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT, regression, integration).
    • Define and manage test strategies, plans, and execution.
    • Oversee defect management, risk tracking, and test reporting.
    • Manage, mentor, and allocate work across the testing team.
    • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
    • Drive testing best practices, standards, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years testing experience, with 3+ years in a management role.
    • Proven experience managing teams and end-to-end testing.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
    • Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
    • Exposure to Agile environments.

    Presentation Designer / Visual Storyteller

    Purpose of the role:

    • To create high-impact presentations that simplify complex finance and data topics such as Microsoft Fabric, Purview, governance and migration status.

    This person will specialise specifically in:

    • Turning complex content into clear, compelling slides.
    • Executive‑level storytelling (narrative, flow, message hierarchy).
    • Visual hierarchy, layout, and information design.
    • Making slides look polished, modern, and corporate‑ready.
    • Using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides brilliantly.
    • Animation and motion that looks professional.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate complex content into clear, structured, visually engaging slides.
    • Shape a compelling narrative (problem → insight → decision/ask → next steps).
    • Design executive‑ready documents for Steerco/EXCO, and engaging versions for broader business sessions.
    • Create clean, accurate visuals: diagrams, operating models, governance flows, timelines, roadmaps, RAG status, risks/mitigations.
    • Simplify data/metrics into decision‑useful charts (trend, variance, milestones, dependencies).
    • Maintain consistency with Group brand and tone.
    • Provide quick iterations under tight deadlines with version control.

    Requirements:

    • Expert in PowerPoint (primary) and Word.
    • 3–5+ years’ experience in presentation design, consulting or similar environments, with a strong focus on executive-level communication.
