    • My client (International FMCG) is seeking an experienced and hands-onInland Sales Manager to cover Gauteng and Mpumalanga Provinces.

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • To develop and execute sales strategies for the Inland Region in Gauteng and Mpumalanga Provinces within the Traditional Trade Channel, driving sales growth and improving profitability.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop & execute sales strategies for Inland region(Gauteng and Mpumalanga) within Traditional Trade channel
    • Identify new business opportunities by tapping in and developing relationships with potential customers in the Inland market.
    • To Plan, design, develop, forecast and implement different sales activities by researching customer needs and requirements.

    • Manage allocated budgets effectively
    • Review Customers performance and implement corrective strategies.
    • Implement & evaluate promotional program and measure ROI in conjunction with activations
    • Budget allocation and forecasting by account/Regions in order to optimize sales and ROI and to achieve the set short term and long term KPI'S
    • Identify best promotional mix to drive the best ROI through planned activities and ad hoc spend.
    • Negotiate trading terms, ranging, new listings, pricing and promotional activities.
    • Manage and grow customer profitability.
    • Manage sales agents, merchandisers and sales managers, ensuring budget and targets are met
    • Manage & further develop key customer relationships in Inland regions
    • Analyse sales data & market trends to inform decisions

    Minimum Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in a Commerce related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG account
    • Solid understanding of the Inland market and customers
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

    • Our client in the signage sector is seeking a hands-on, technically strong Production Manager to oversee a fast-paced operation across five departments: Printing, Fabrication, Welding, Vinyl & Cutting, and Offsite Installation.
    • This is not a desk-bound role. We are looking for a visible, floor-based leader who works side by side with another Production Manager, actively driving performance, solving problems in real time, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple moving parts.

    Key Requirements:

    • 5-10+ years' production management experience in a the Signage Industry is required, other industry experience will not suffice
    • Steel fabrication or general manufacturing background highly advantageous (packaging experience not suitable)
    • Proven experience managing ±40 staff per shift in a shift-based environment

    • This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring efficient coordination between suppliers, manufacturing partners, sales administration, and distribution while maintaining strong service levels and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements:

    • 5-8 years' experience in operations, supply chain, or business management
    • Experience managing contract manufacturers and external suppliers
    • Background in FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, or product-based environments required
    • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, Syspro, SAGE or similar)
