    Due Diligence Consultant - 6 Months Contract

    Role overview

    • This role will be responsible for third party due diligence investigations to assess and report on risks in relation to Old Mutual policies and to meet regulatory compliance e.g. Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-bribery and Corruption policies/legislation, reputational risk assessments.  The incumbent will assess and report the status, legitimacy and overall reputation of a company, its principles and/or associated individuals.

    • This role requires an experienced Human Capital (HC) generalist to serve as a strategic business partner.     Role Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience

    • A relevant Human Capital or business-related qualification is required.  A post graduate qualification will be an advantage
    • Minimum 5 years’ HC experience, with experience across the full spectrum of Human Capital practices, particularly talent and organisational effectiveness (change, culture, organisational development)
    • Solid commercial and business acumen
    • Strong affinity for data and analytics
    • Experience with leveraging Workday
    • Experience leading others directly as well as influencing and delivering indirectly through others (experience in a matrix organization, excellent relationship building, influencing and communication skills)

    • This role utilises expert knowledge in the specific fields of administration / product / process to resolve technical problems, usually in support of administrative queries/issues. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
