    Payroll Execution Officer - Rosebank

    Job Description:

    • Ensure that all SLA targets and measures are met. Comply with all Governance requirements. Focus on building strong stakeholder relationships by adding value through optimal customer service
    • The Payroll Execution Specialist administers and processes all payroll data activities on the specified ERP system or supporting technologies. This includes payroll processes such as off-cycle and month-end payroll processes, tax mid-year, year-end reconciliation and submission processes. In addition, the Payroll Execution Specialist will manage ad hoc payroll finance and general query resolution.

    Job Description:
    As our TMM Compliance Supervisorsome of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    MIOC Supervisor - Postmasburg

    Job Description:

    • 2 x Positions available

    Purpose

    • Mining operation is managed and directed to achieve the budgeted plan and schedule compliance metrics
    • Mining Equipment are utilised according to the target to ensure the achievement of hauling targets.
    • Trucks are loaded to full capacity when hauling and the Loading section is informed when this is not achieved.
    • The different factors from a hauling’s perspective that influence cycle times, are addressed to ensure the shortest possible cycle times.
    • Substandard road conditions are reported to the responsible section to keep damage to haul trucks to the minimum.
    • Integrate with plant on continuous basis
    • Close monitoring of drilling process
    • Using the Mine Process Control (MPC), Dispatch and Analyse and Improve to reduce variability and enhance performance by monitoring, responding and escalating issues affecting truck and shovel rates e.g. speeds, spotting, queuing at the dump and at the shovel, hang time, truck payloads/ number of passes, loading time, swing time etc.
    • Ensuring that loading and hauling operator behaviours that affect the reliability of equipment are attended to

    Job Description:

    • This role reports into a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
    • The incumbent will be responsible for all project engineering functions and activities associated with safety, engineering, planning, scheduling, procurement, risk management, reporting, construction, budget estimating and control during both study and execution phases in line with De Beers project procedures.     • Build relationships with project stakeholders through continual interaction and service excellence

    Qualifications:

    • Recognised Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

    Additional requirements:

    • 5 years post qualification experience with at least 2 years in project engineering and execution.
    • Experience in marine and land based related projects, especially ship conversion, process plant and subsea mining will be an added advantage but not a prerequisite.
    • Preparedness to relocate to other centres as and when necessary
