NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

• At least 5 years experience in Planning within a Commercial environment.
• Working knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, Business Intelligence, and data visualization tools (i.e., QlikView) and ability to develop actionable insights from data.
• Previous experience on ERP System (i.e., SAP)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Report writing and information lead for Commercial Department (Supply, Sales, New Products)
• Building database and sharing actionable insights for customer relationship management, pricing strategy development, commercial reporting and analysis
• Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting sales and market data to provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Develop and Compile Monthly Commercial Dashboards (Supply and Sales)
• Develop interactive dashboards using excel, SAP, Tableau, QlikView as per department requirements.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews on current processes using operational metrics and reports.
• Compile weekly/ monthly inventory holding, sales analysis, release tracker, JHB warehouse capacity and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Continuously review and ensure commercial reports are in adherence with department and business requirements.
• Identify relevant market-related data and business intelligence tools that can be incorporated into current practices to cut costs and/or improve processes.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research on the existing product portfolio possible new products pipeline.
• Generate reports on findings through statistical analysis and other relevant business intelligence tools as required to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assess the competitive landscape, analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide insights on growing and expanding the existing product portfolio through research and analysis of market requirements, developments, and trends within the industry.
• Improve and maintain product database for new and existing products.
• Continuously review and analyse commercial strategies for new and existing products.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

• At least 3 years relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of Labour legislation (BCEA/ LRA/ B-BBEE, etc).
• HR experience within a pharmaceutical environment is advantageous.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Documentation and Coordination:

• Managing adhoc HR administrator requests.
• Ensures that all assessments are filed and loaded onto Sharepoint.
• Complete, check and file HR administration to ensure sufficient, compliant, and accurate documentation is in place and filed accurately and confidentially.
• Scheduling & attending onboarding & exit interviews.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensures monthly recruitment stats are updated timeously.
• Creates recruitment tracker for all new vacancies, listing all prequalifying information.
• Distributes surveys as per planned commitments.

Wellness:

• Assists wellness champion with site specific initiatives and events as required.
• Assist with employee wellness, and other staff social activities for the purpose of enhancing and maintaining morale.

Transformation:

• Partners with HCO Manager to ensure that B-BBEE verification process logistics are handled timeously and ensures that audit documents are correct and on file.
• Drives Employment Equity during recruitment to ensure departmental EE ratio aligns to EE target for the business.

Recruitment:

• Translates Job descriptions into adverts.
• Participates in drafting of job descriptions.
• Assist with scheduling & coordinating of interviews, psychometric assessments and any other recruitment logistics arrangements.
• Participates in interviews.
• Responsible for timeous vacancy advertising, response handling and shortlisting of applications.
• Ensures that all candidate background checks are run timeously.

Performance, Conduct Management and Employee Relations:

• Ensure the performance management documents are consolidated and filed on Sharepoint.
• Support staff and managers who require guidance in the IR process and in preparing for disciplinary or incapacity interventions.
• Participate in Disciplinary Enquiries as Human Capital Representative.
• Follow up on required and/ or outstanding IR interventions to ensure conclusion thereof.
• Ensure company precedence is consistently maintained and mitigate risks.
