• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT Operations to drive stability across our IT ecosystem. This leadership role will focus on managing operational changes, vendors, permanent employees, and addressing technical debt. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations across networks, databases, and applications, while effectively reducing incident counts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, focusing on stability and service availability.
• Manage vendor relationships and internal teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Lead the assessment and resolution of technical debt and operational challenges.
• Implement and maintain flight plans to monitor system health, reduce incidents, and improve performance.
• Conduct thorough impact analysis of changes across networks, databases, and applications.
• Drive continuous improvements in IT operations, aiming to trend incident counts downward.
• Ensure effective change management processes to minimize disruptions and risks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT operations management with a focus on stability and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and style responsive UI components using CSS and Tailwind CSS
• Work with NextJS (React) to create dynamic components, ideally using TypeScript
• Integrate APIs within the NextJS framework
• Use jQuery and Material Design principles where applicable
• Collaborate with designers to implement high-quality, interactive components

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Strong understanding of CSS, with experience in Tailwind CSS
• Preferred: Experience with NextJS (React), TypeScript knowledge is a plus
• Preferred: Familiarity with jQuery and Material Design
• Passionate about Design: Strong interest in UI/UX and component-based design
