• RCL FOODS is seeking a skilled NAM Assistant to join our Customer Team in Westville. The role will be reporting to the National Account Manager.
• RCL FOODS is looking for a decisive, efficient and innovative individual with an FMCG background in Account Management support. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the National Account Manager in the smooth running of a portfolio of accounts, proactively manage all administrative tasks in a timely and anticipatory manner to ensure that both internal and external customer needs are fully met, control all aspects of point of material ordering and supply for the portfolio of accounts, manage developing accounts across all RCL FOODS product categories and revenue.

Minimum Requirements    

• Marketing and Sales Degree or Diploma.
• Valid Code EB drivers’ license.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management or administration experience.
• Computer literacy - proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Graphs/Charts and Outlook.

Duties & Responsibilities    

National Account Support:

• Assist in developing an ongoing relationship with the national account representatives.
• Understand and communicate the financial implications of all product changes.
• Undertake competitive market research regularly.
• Participate in sales volume forecasting.
• Assist the National Account Manager with the development of the strategy and account plans.
• Execute the strategy through the implementation of volume plans and customer workshops.
• Follow up product listings with selected customers so that initiatives can be implemented.
• Build strong and progressive relationships through all levels with selected customers.
• Turn insight into innovation through new business/product development input and translation of the latest trends and customers’ needs.
• Activate growth plans within the customer's organization.

Job Description    

• We at RCL FOODS are in search for a Staff shop Supervisor to join our Customer team. The successful candidate will be expected to Order Stock for the store, based of Rate of Sale, Ensure correct and timely capturing received stock on the POS system, Provide a full report on daily cash ups, weekly banking and monthly Stock Takes.This role will be based in Centurion and report to the Outlet Controller.

Minimum Requirements  

• Grade 12
• Diploma/Degree would be an advantage. 
• At least 3 years’ experience in a store’s environment.

Duties & Responsibilities    

Stores Administration

• Order Stock for the store, based of Rate of Sale 
• Ensure correct and timely capturing received stock on the POS system. 
• Provide a full report on daily cash ups, weekly banking and monthly Stock Takes. 
• Responsible for all loose assets under his/her control.
• Manage of shop team
• Be cross functional within the shop, Assisting of customers if necessary
• Able to work flexible hours of work including weekends, with time off in lieu of overtime.
• Correct pricing of store products

Manage stock by:

• Actively reviewing stock levels to prevent stock outs.
• Conduct regular spot checks and ensure that system and actual stock level balance.
• Manage slow moving stock to prevent excess stock.

Ensure ISO / HACCP compliance by:

• Ensure that housekeeping is done properly.
• All Material Safety Data Sheets Must be maintained according to HACCP/ISO standards
• Ensure HACCP/ISO compliance
• Ensure that stock levels are within the min/max limits.
• The Stock recommendation must be signed on a daily basis by the WS and the orders must be 
• placed timeously.

• The Application Manager’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the systems to support the Human Resources function within RCL Foods.  They will partner with key stakeholders in the business to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for HR aligned with the business objectives.

Minium Requirements:

• 3-year degree in IT or Business Management.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR / Human Capital Management systems with proven track record in implementing new business systems and process optimization in an FMCG environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good technical knowledge of Human Capital Management systems such as SAP, Sage with proven track record of successful implementations and support in the following modules required:

Applications Management:

• Manages the systems that support the Human Resource function and modern worker capability in the organization. This entails:
• Management of the project portfolio of IT programs and services to meet demand and business priorities within funding and resource constraints.

Duties & Responsibilities    
Management Reporting (Monthly):

• Compile and submit monthly flash reports to Commercial Manager
• Monthly consolidation reporting of financial performance of all the operating units  in the agreed format which will include commentary on key performance areas
• Compiling weekly and monthly performance dashboards
• Preparation, consolidation and formatting of quarterly performance information for inclusion in Monthly/Quarterly performance decks 
• Loading of monthly Income Statement results to group platform according to group reporting deadlines
• Perform monthly and Quarterly ROIC calculations

Adhoc commercial reporting

• Business Plan and Forecasting        
• Support the annual business plan and quarterly forecasting processes for Baking
• Consolidation all Operating Unit business plans and quarterly forecasts schedules
• Compile supporting information for the Baking business plan and quarterly forecasts presentations.

Commercial analysis and evaluation        

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounting reports.
• Obtain input and commentary on performance, progress and reasons for variances, where relevant.
• Identify and report irregularities and potential problems are reported to the Commercial Manager.
• Provide calculations and detailed analysis emanating from any queries that arise.
• Perform regular market and industry analysis and benchmark calculations

Information and Data management:

• Ensure all management tools (management accounts) are accurate and complete
• Ensure and manage the GL accounts and other system information to verify integrity

Governance:

Duties & Responsibilities    
Customer Complaints

Ensure micro schedule is adhered to:

• Routine sampling of product, water, ice (if applicable), surface swabs, drain swabs, hand swabs, air plates, etc.)
• Ensure water chemical analysis as per SANS 241 is yearly conducted.
• Ensure ncrs are raised for out of spec results, investigated, actioned and closed out.
• Identify deleterious micro trends, conduct a thorough investigation, action and close out gaps
• Conduct Allergen verification tests (FACTS) and claim verification tests. This is to verify that there was no cross contamination during production and that your controls in place is effective.
• Ensure shelf life tests are done during NPD trials.

Hygiene Inspections

• Conducting daily cleaning verification inspections as per agreed timeslot
• Attending bi-weekly pest control meetings.
• Compile meeting minutes and share it with the team.

Pest Control

• Arrange for silo treatment and cleaning as per schedule.
• Ensuring bi-weekly fogging is scheduled.
• Ensuring bi-weekly spot/surface treatment is scheduled and adhered to.
• Ensuring ceiling treatment is done at least every second month
• Attending weekly pest control meetings.
• Compile meeting minutes and share it with the team.
• Sending out weekly pest control tracker to management
• Keeping a tracker with all PCO recommendations and the closed-out of it.

Mock Recalls

• Conducting mock recalls as per customer requirements (WW, Starbucks, QSR, etc.)
• Forward and backward traceability as per internal schedule (weekly/monthly)
• Mass Balance as per internal schedule (weekly/monthly)

External Audits

• Presenting and managing external audits
• Compiling and driving action plan on external audit ncrs
• Ensure that external audit ncrs are addressed and closed out
• Also close it out on the FPI system
• Ensure ncrs are logged on SHEQX system and closed out

Updating of System

• Ensure all system documentation is reviewed and updated as per document control procedure and frequency (with the SHERQ Team)
• Ensure amended and/or new documentation is approved, published and distributed to relevant role players
• Ensure new docs is update on the “Master List of Documents” by SHEQ department
• Ensure SHEQ department update “Change Register”
• The following programmes must be reviewed on a yearly basis in conjunction with the Food Safety Team & SHEQ Department:
