    Inventory Controller – Raw Materials (Modderfontein)

    Job Description    

    • Control of Inventory and storekeeping.
    • Supplier deliveries management.
    • Collect required supplier delivery information.
    • Conduct regular stock cycle counts.
    • Issue raw material to manufacturing plants.
    • Ensure SAP inventory data reconciles with the physical stock on a daily basis.
    • Update the inventory management systems and proactively escalate system update issues.

    Job Description    

    • Perform routine analysis on environmental samples, raw materials, in process samples and final products.
    • Can be required to assist in the development of test methods.
    • Assist with updating of test methods, operating instructions and other documentation.

    Procurement and Contracts Manager - Woodmead

    Job Description    

    • Manage the supply of services to the AECI Corporate Division in order to ensure maximum benefit and value add, in line with the organisation’s needs.
    • Be accountable for the development of relationships with suppliers and management of specific agreements to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
    • Drive and support a consistent approach to the advancement of local procurement and black economic empowerment focus.
    • Negotiate and manage high value and critical service contracts - including amendments, price adjustments and general contract administration.
    • Management of contracts in line with procurement governance procedures and AECI Group standards.
    • Manage and mitigate the supply chain risk associated with suppliers in the category.
    • Perform supplier and product research according to business objectives to ensure value-add.
    • Facilitate the review and revision of AECI Corporate Sourcing policies, procedures and standards.
    • Ensure compliance to governance by reviewing and approving all tender applications.
    • Expense management and budget guidance of AECI Corporate suppliers within provided parameters, providing assistance to departments and functions on procurement spend and control

    Job Description    

    • Coordinate activities, and manage daily the systems, processes and procedures governing the “procure to pay” process - procurement of goods or services from the right suppliers, at the right price, quality and delivery requirements to support the installation and services activities.
    • Monitor appropriate controls to ensure processes and procedures are performed in a compliant manner.

    Health and Safety Administrator - Sasolburg

    Job Description    

    • To create quality statistics and trend analysis which include but not limited to: Incidents, near miss reporting, NIHL, etc.
    • To attend H&S related meetings, take minutes and ensure distribution thereof (Monthly H&S meeting and yearly Management review meeting)
    • To schedule internal and external inspections and audits and to capture and follow up on any non-conformances raised. Distribute and manage relevant reports

    Senior Process Controller - Sasolburg

    Job Description    

    • Assist team leader as required.
    • Supervise the production process so that volume targets are met within budgeted costs
    • Monitor, and arrange for appropriate adjustments to key production plant parameters to ensure product integrity is maintained and quality standards met.
    • Maintain good industrial relations, discipline and the morale of process operators and ensure that all operators are fully trained in process and safety procedures to promote a positive and safe work environment.
    • Monitor and control safety systems to ensure safe working at all times.
    • Analyze and resolve process, equipment and quality problems as quickly as possible to maintain production continuity.
