    IMC Controller- CTIA

    Key Performance Outputs

    The successful candidate, reporting to the IMC Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

    • Monitor performance of contractors and service providers according to service level agreements
    • Close out all completed maintenance activities (including outage) and update the system accordingly.
    • Ensure system integrity and accuracy of information.
    • Coordinate the execution and follow through of unplanned emergencies until resolved and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
    • Monitor progress to ensure on-time performance of unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Compile and submit shift reports.
    • Ensure that all affected stakeholders are up to date with the outage activities in their area.
    • Monitor the technical systems and handle faults and alarms accordingly.
    • Ensure all stakeholders are allocated with reference numbers for future progress tracking purposes.
    • Perform first line diagnostic or trouble shooting of technical faults in conjunction with technicians and operators.
    • Communicate unplanned maintenance and provide feedback to operations, engineering and airport users.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:

    • The successful candidate must have a valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification
    • National certificate in Technical, Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance
    • A code 8 driver’s license with driving experience is essential.
    • 3 years’ technical operations experience is essential for this role.
    • Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
    • A trade test completion is recommended.

    Car Park Attendant.INT ORT.Airport Operations (Airport Management)(P70001)

    Key Performance Output      

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager: Landside Operations and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Patrol Car Park areas in order to monitor functionality and cleanliness of car park equipment and report non-compliance.
    • Remove coin and note jams from pay stations as and when required.
    • Follow up on all reported non-compliance to ensure remedial action has been taken.
    • Notify relevant personnel in case of emergencies occurrences.
    • Routine inspections, maintenance and reporting of equipment.
    • Monitor and report non-compliance in terms of infrastructure.
    • Monitor and replenish consumables as well as removal of ticket jams.
    • Participate in ad hoc services as and when required.
    • Ensure proper handover to next shift to limit disruptions.
    • Assist customers with equipment related issues to ensure minimum interruption of traffic flow.
    • Assist customers with card payments.
    • Investigation of customer related queries and escalate as and when required.
    • Replenish change at pay stations as and when required.
    • Manage and reconcile the daily float.
    • Assist customers with change when required.
    • Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices.
    • Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals. Implement remedial actions where required.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills & experience is required or equivalent of such is required:

    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
    • 1 year operational experience is essential 
    • Code-B motor vehicle license 
    • Basic proficiency of MS Office packages

    Group Manager Commercial Property Management

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Executive Commercial & Business Development and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Establish ACSA’s Commercialisation and Property Management Framework and Partnership guidelines.
    • Facilitate, plan, develop, implement and monitor the airports’ Property Management strategy based on the network strategy.
    • Ensure alignment between the ACSA Property Management strategy and the network as well as individual airport strategies.
    • Drive the development of world class facilities for the benefit of all the stakeholders.
    • Ensure the alignment and consolidation of the revenue optimization and spatial development strategies across the network.
    • Ensure the optimal portfolio mix and corresponding revenue models to maximise revenue and ensure commercial viability.
    • Maximize revenue growth and commercial opportunities and support future sustainability of ACSA.
    • Increase number of development projects for Commercial Gain within the ACSA Network of airports.
    • Supervise on contracting imperatives and objectives at operational and group level and ensure that the relevant prescribed procurement policies, processes and procedures are adhered to.
    • Lead the continuous understanding of the market dynamics and ensure solutions that will deliver on ACSA transformation goals.
    • Manage the Company’s risk exposure through identifying, implementing and maintenance of risk control measures to minimise the Company’s liability.
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
    • Interpret business plan and develop commercialization & infrastructure development budgets for the function.
    • Assess variances as required and monitor remedial action within span of control.
    • Perform trend analysis and internal assurance assessments.
    • Develop office management, document control systems and practices.
    • Coach team and create a pro-learning environment. Assess team development needs and close gaps.
    • Provide specialised technical / professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organisational objectives.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

    • Bachelor Honours Degree (NQF 8) in Property and Real Estate Management/Commercial/Operations Management/Business is essential. 
    • Master’s degree in business administration/management (NQF 9) is advantageous.
    • 8 years Industry experience in Property/Real Estate Management experience is essential.
    • 4 years middle management experience is essential.
    • MS Office at intermediate level.
    • Code B; Motor vehicle licence.

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to Acting Manager Mechanical Maintenance, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Input into maintenance planning, scheduling and execution of the asset. 
    • Ensure and execute safe planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Provide input into the development of maintenance planning programme and execution thereof.   
    • Utilisation of enterprise asset management system.

    • Millwright Trade test recommended.
    • 3 years relevant infrastructure asset maintenance operational experience is essential.
