Summary:

• Plan, cost, implement and manages customer projects, according to Order Management standards, procedures, and processes, and ensures proper Order Management operations, for assigned organizations, plants, or sites.
• Performs the short-term and mid-term production plans. Costing, estimating, and scheduling materials, the
• human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the Project to ensure OTD and cost effectiveness.

Key tasks:

•  Clarifies customers’ requirements and SOW (scope of work) with Sales, and/or specification in request
• for quotation(RFQ)
•  Prepares costing and timelines for submission of quotation
•  Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources
•  Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with accountable Client Managers Internal.
•  Monitors milestone and adherence to cost and timelines (on time delivery)
•  Maintains constant communication to Client Managers, outside contractors or other stakeholders

Miinimum requirements:

•  Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent Tertiary qualification
•  Must have a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
•  5-10 years relevant work experience within heavy engineering in a Job-shop environment
•  Exposure to CNC, conventional lathes machines and milling machines is essential.
•  Exposure to Turbines, compressors, manufacturing, and refurbishment is essential.
•  Must have a proven track record of driving efficiency and full utilization of machinery and personnel.
•  Both advanced practical and theoretical understanding and some significant advanced vocational
• experience is required to oversee and manage the diverse and relatively complex tasks within the
• manufacturing environment

The role is based in Port Elizabeth – Eastern Cape Region. The person will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing ATM machines and Self-Service kiosks in our customer’s estates whilst keeping in line with service level agreements.
Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Matric/Grade 12 (Compulsory)
• Prior technical experience in the ATM field is essential.

Datacentrix Managed Talent Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator for one of their client based in Lynwood Pretoria. The purpose of this position is to support the delivery of IT projects by managing and addressing all administrative aspects within the project. The Junior Project Manager will be required to support multiple projects and/or multiple project managers at any given time.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

• This position requires a minimum qualification of a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in IT or Project Management.
• Project management certification
• The incumbent requires at least 3 years’ experience administering projects in an IT environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: 

• Provide support to project managers to collect, develop, and analyse data useful in setting team objectives/targets
• Assist with creation of project plans to ensure they have clear timelines, GANTT Charts, objectives and deliverables
• Consult with key role players in different business units or centres or stakeholders for inputs on key project documentation
• Ensure that key project document are complete and in accordance with specified PMO templates
• Compile and manage updates to weekly status reports, risk log, Issue log and decision log
• Schedules all project related meetings, reminders and follow up on any outstanding activities
• Document project meeting minutes and track progress on action items
• Track project progress against set deliverables and make recommendations on corrective action that can be applied
• Track, monitor and manage identified project risks and make recommendations on corrective action that can be applied
• Coordinate with service provider(s) for project tracking and monitoring against agreed deliverable
• Ensure the completeness of all invoicing and payments to service providers
• Track and update the budget movement in line with project expenditure
• Facilitate the quality checks on the project documents (e.g. providing access for Project Governance reviews)
• Assist in compiling project closure reports and assessment reports
• Manage all project documentation in line with the company project management framework and application document management policies and/or procedures
