    Payroll Administrator - Johannesburg

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of legislative requirements for South African payrolls.
    • Payroll processing including but not limited to: Timesheets and input, overtime, incentives, on hold’s, terminations, increases, promotions, demotions, maternity leave.
    • End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff.
    • Understand compulsory employee benefits.
    • Collate Payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly.
    • Salary clearing, company recons and loan recons.
    • Handling staff related queries regarding payroll.
    • Generation of payroll reports.
    • Processing of UI19’s.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • 2 years working experience in a similar role.
    • Payroll Qualification/ Certification
    • Knowledge of payroll administration
    • Computer experience MS Office, Outlook.
    • Excel minimum Intermediate level experience must be able to demonstrate same.
    • Working experience in SAGE 300.

    New Business Development & Technical Consultant (Southern Region)

    Ecowize is looking for a New Business Development Consultant. The successful candidate will implement business development strategies that focuses on financial gain and onboarding new customers. Responsible for all duties that drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with customers.

    High Level Objectives:

    • Identify new markets and customer needs, to ensure value added service.

    Summary of responsibilities:

    • Willing and able to assist client during a night-shift audit, if and when needed. 
    • Must be able to training internal and external clients at all levels
    • Proven track record in establishing and growing hygiene markets
    • Excellent selling, communication, and strong negotiation skills.

    Customer Liaison Officer

    Ecowize is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will provide the customer with an end-to-end service which entails; effectively managing incoming enquiries and orders, capturing, and processing of orders and engaging with distribution partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer experience and satisfaction by driving key OTIF (on-time-in-full) strategies and ensuring excellent communications with the customers and respective representatives.
    • Capturing and processing orders timeously and correctly.
    • Coordinate orders and deliveries ensuring that distribution partners have planned adequately.
    • Building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Resolving all customer queries within an acceptable timeframe
    • Managing stock at various warehouses with daily stock reviews and planning in advance pertaining to stock availability.
    • Mitigating non-conformance and back-orders by adequately resolving, investigating, reporting, and updating.
