    Junior Conceptual Designer

    Role – Junior Concept Designer

    • As a Concept Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative vision of interior spaces. You will develop compelling storytelling and concept sketches that bring ideas to life, guiding projects from initial planning through to 3D visualization. Your work will bridge the gap between ideation and execution, ensuring that design concepts are both visually inspiring and functionally effective.

    What this job involves

    • Develop and communicate strong design narratives through storytelling and concept sketches.
    • Create mood boards, spatial planning diagrams, and visual presentations to define project direction.
    • Translate 2D concepts into 3D visualizations and renders that bring interior spaces to life.
    • Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to refine design concepts.
    • Develop interactive presentations that showcase design intent and materiality in an engaging way.
    • Research trends, materials, and design innovations to inspire and inform creative solutions.
    • Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh, innovative interiors.

    Desired skills and experience for this

    • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Strong sketching ability and proficiency in concept development.
    • Expertise in 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, 3ds Max) and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for storytelling and presentations.
    • Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, lighting, and color theory.
    • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to clients and teams.
    • A passion for storytelling through design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

    Space Planner

    Role – Space Planner

    • A Space Planner is responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the efficient use of interior spaces, typically within commercial, retail, or corporate environments.
    • They analyze space needs, develop layouts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, building codes, and design aesthetics.

    What this job involves

    • Develop efficient floor plans that maximize space utilization and functionality
    • Optimize layouts to support business objectives (e.g., employee productivity, customer experience, or operational efficiency)
    • Create 2D and 3D models, CAD drawings, and space plans for stakeholder approval
    • Conduct space utilization studies and occupancy analysis to inform planning decisions
    • Recommend workplace strategies based on data, trends, and business needs
    • Implement flexible work environments (hot desking, activity-based working, etc.)
    • Work with senior management, HR, facilities, and department leads to understand space needs
    • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and construction teams for implementation
    • Present space planning proposals and get buy-in from key stakeholders
    • Ensure all space plans adhere to building codes, accessibility regulations, and corporate guidelines
    • Maintain space standards for consistency across locations
    • Integrate sustainability and wellness principles into design
    • Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software for space planning and design

    Desired skills and experience for this

    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field
    • Proficiency in space planning software (AutoCAD, Revit)
    • Understanding of architectural drawings and building codes
    • Experience with workplace strategy and occupancy analytics
    • Knowledge of furniture systems and workplace ergonomics
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
