The role
- This role removes friction and pain for the customer and often for internal operations too across every product vertical. It’s the home of reporting, self-service, and creating insights from data. This is where most of our “solve the customer issue and innovate” project work lives.
What you’ll own
- Own reporting and self-service experiences across vouchers, virtual products, bill payments and utilities.
- Mine support tickets and usage data to find the systemic pain and distinguish it from the long tail of one-off gripes.
- Turn data into something customers couldn’t get before: proactive failure alerts, automated recons, spend insights.
- Benchmark our customer experience against what rivals offer and treat retention risks as product priorities.
- Shape the UX of dashboards and self-service flows here, the value is the experience.
- Measure ticket reduction, self-service adoption, time-to-resolve and loop residual pain back into discovery.
What you bring
- 3+ years in product management, with a strong customer-experience or data/insights bent.
- A track record of cutting support load through self-service and better tooling.
- Comfort working with data and BI teams to turn raw signal into prioritised work.
- Strong UX judgement - you can shape a flow, not just describe a problem.
- The discipline to run usability testing and validate that real customers succeed unaided.
Nice to have
- Experience with reconciliation, financial reporting or back-office tooling.
- Exposure to analytics, dashboarding or customer-insight platforms.

The role
- This role owns the engine every product rides on. A voucher purchase, an electricity token and a bill payment are all, underneath, a transaction that must authorise, reconcile and settle reliably. You own that shared capability across all verticals- reliability, integrations, scale and cost-to-serve, so the products don’t each solve the same plumbing problem three different ways.
What you’ll own
- Drive transaction success rates, latency and uptime across every product vertical.
- Own the integration roadmap, new payment methods, aggregators and partner APIs with reusable patterns that cut onboarding time.
- Define the non-functional requirements (throughput, latency, failover) that engineering builds against.
- Benchmark our rails against the market- settlement speed, failure rates, payment-method coverage and close the gaps that matter.
- Drive cost-to-serve down through smarter routing and retry/recovery frameworks.
- Filter genuine systemic reliability problems from one-off incidents, and prioritise accordingly.
What you bring
- 3+ years in product management on platform, payments, transactional or infrastructure products.
- Strong grasp of transaction flows, integrations and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to read transaction and failure data and turn it into a prioritised roadmap.
- Confidence partnering closely with engineering on architecture trade-offs without owning the sprint.
- A reliability and cost mindset you treat uptime and unit economics as product features.
Nice to have
- Experience with payment switches, aggregators or token vending.
- Exposure to high-volume, low-latency transaction environments.

The role
- This role decides what’s worth building. You own the intelligence and opportunity pipeline across our entire product portfolio; vouchers, virtual products, bill payments and utilities, turning market signal, competitor moves and customer demand into a prioritised stream of validated ideas. Your role is to bring substantiated opportunity; you define the product; engineering builds it.
What you’ll own
- Maintain a live view of the competitive landscape- categories, fees, UX, partner coverage and flag gaps and threats before they hurt us.
- Run the innovation pipeline: new voucher categories, bundles and novel selling constructs, framed as testable hypotheses rather than pet projects.
- Gather signal from partners, sales, market trends and customers and filter it ruthlessly into a ranked, defensible opportunity list.
- Identify cross-vertical levers, such as using vouchers to drive adoption of other products, and size the upside.
- Write clear problem statements and opportunity cases; hand engineering the what and why, not a spec.
- Partner with Commercial on price and revenue cases, and measure adoption and validation post-launch.
What you bring
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, retail or telco/VAS.
- A track record of taking new products from market insight to launch.
- Strong competitor analysis and market research instincts, you teardown rivals as a habit, not a once-a-year deck.
- The judgement to filter noise from real patterns and say no to fads.
- Fluency working with commercial, engineering and partner stakeholders.
- Comfort owning outcomes (adoption, validation) without owning the day-to-day build.
Nice to have
- Experience with voucher, gift-card or VAS ecosystems.
- Exposure to partner and merchant integration models.
