The Financial Manager must have the following experience:

• Open to CA/CIMA or related qualification
• Group Consolidation & liaising with Auditors
• Provide financial and statistical data to internal and external stakeholders (where necessary)
• Participate in quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process
• Ensure correct revenue recognition in terms of company and accounting standards
• Report on and analysis of financial results and trends
• Assist with calculation and completion of company taxation, including VAT and PAYE
• Assist with completion of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS for SME’s

• Experience in the solar sector
• Experience from an EPC is advantageous

• Develop design specifications and functional requirements
• Provide technical direction or support to installation teams
• Monitor completed projects energy outputs to agreements
• Accurately predict project costings
• Develop grid connection solution for projects

• Reviewing problematic claims (including bad risks) and providing recommendations
• Identifying fraudulent claims during reviews
• Analysing the cost of claims
• Handling various insurance complaints
• Seek feedback from other departments who interact with the claims administration team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures
• Extensive short term insurance experience
• 7 – 10 years prior experience in claims management
