    Deliver Great People Support

    Temperature Monitor

    • Build relationships with external bodies such as government agencies, industry associations, and BBBEE verification agencies.

    ​​​​​​​Training, Awareness & Change Management

    • Promote awareness of BBBEE, Employment Equity and transformation objectives across the organization.
    • Develop and deliver awareness sessions and guidance materials for managers and employees.
    • Support initiatives that foster diversity, inclusion and equitable workplace practices.
    • Assist in driving transformation-related communication campaigns and engagement activities.

    ​​​​​​​Administrative & Learning Support

    • Maintain accurate personnel and training records in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
    • Provide administrative support for audits, inspections, employee programs and People- related projects.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    Someone with:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in BBBEE compliance, transformation, Employment
    • Equity, HR Compliance or a related role.
    • Experience supporting BBBEE verification audits and scorecard management.
    • Experience within a multinational or matrix organisation.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
    • Data interpretation, dashboard reporting and trend analysis.
    • Audit preparation and document management.
    • Report writing and presentation development.
    • Excellent planning, organisation and administrative skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality
