    Senior Occupational Health and Safety Officer - Midrand

    Requirements:

    • (Diploma/Degree) in Safety Management
    • Fluency in English
    • 5 - 7 years practical experience in the development, implementation, maintenance, and auditing of OHS management systems.
    • General knowledge of relevant South African OHS legislation, applicable SANS standards and associated OHS standards
    • Knowledge of occupational hygiene practices, environmental management systems, railway safety management, risk management systems, fire safety, First Aid, and Facilitator/Moderator training.

    Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and review OHS policies, procedures
    • Develop and implement programs to ensure compliance with all OHS procedures
    • Undertake safety awareness campaigns and instill a sense of safety consciousness among employees and contractors at all levels
    • Undertake proactive and reactive internal safety audits and coordinate all external safety audits
    • Attend all SHE Committee Meetings and provide advice and guidance at these meetings to improve OHS at the company

    Investment Officer - Contract

    Requirements:

    • An Honours Degree in Finance/Banking/Economics/Engineering and related fields;
    • A post-graduate qualification such as CA, CFA or MBA would be a strong advantage;
    • At least 5 years’ experience in project finance and private equity with a proven track record in project origination, appraisal and deal closure or Structured Finance transactions in a financial institution;
    • Proven experience in Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis, Due Diligence Investigations, financial structuring, valuation and risk identification and mitigation;
    • Understanding of project and commercial agreements such as off take agreements, EPC/M contracts, operations and maintenance agreements, shareholder agreements, CTA, inter-creditor and facility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Solicit appropriate investment opportunities and conduct initial screening of projects in terms of the Fund’s investment policies.
    • Undertake and present full appraisals of debt and equity transactions to the Fund’s various decision-making Committees.
    • Ensure deal closure by taking responsibility for optimal financial, institutional and legal structuring
    • Coordinate with the legal team for the conclusion of transaction agreements.
    • Provide innovative and flexible financial structures for complex transactions.
    • Identify opportunities to initiate viable projects, project origination through the facilitation of project preparation, scoping, feasibility studies, and business plans with the intention of closing investment deals.
    • Perform valuations of investee companies.
    • Identifying the exit opportunity and timing, and assisting in the exit from equity portfolio investments.
    • Support the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer in drafting and presentation of reports, evaluations, plans, etc. related to the business.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with a broad spectrum of project finance funders and private equity institutions, which should include local and international institutions, commercial banks, development finance institutions, ECAs and multi-lateral agencies
    • Undertake continuous research and provide recommendations on significant developments, emerging opportunities and challenges in the areas of responsibility.

    CNC Team Leader

    Minimum Requirements

    • Trade: Fitter & Turner.
    • 10 years' experience in the Mechanical Industry.
    • Knowledge and understanding of product manufactured and technologies employed.
    • Knowledge of ERP system and similar
    • Knowledge of the Labour act, OHSA and or any other regulatory acts which may affect the company.

    Responsibilities

    • To monitor production rates and take the appropriate intervention when output does not meet set targets.
    • Ensure that production processes meet specified requirements.

    • To ensure that employees comply with safety instructions and regulations and correct any unsafe conditions.

    • To undergo any training as identified and deemed necessary to fulfill the above position.

    Senior Project Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Planning, compiling and managing project schedules
    • Preparing, controlling and managing project budgets, forecasts and expenditure
    • Managing projects within the scope of the applicable contract and application of best practice methods
    • Quality assurance and control with particular emphasis on conformance to customer expectations
    • Managing and guiding the project team, both internal resources and sub-contractors

    Experience required:

    • Function related experience:  8-10 years project management experience

    Qualifications:
