    Analyst – Advisory & Transactions

    About the position:

    • The purpose of this role is to support the Advisory & Transactions team by conducting financial analysis, preparing market research, supporting transaction execution, and assisting senior team members in client engagements.

    What will you bring: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
    • 1 – 3 years' relevant experience.
    • Advanced MS Office skills.

    • Financial modelling
    • Market research
    • Presentation skills
    • Communication
    • Organisational ability

    Knowledge required:

    • Financial analysis
    • Real estate fundamentals
    • Transaction processes
