Job Description

• Our client in Mechanical Manufacturing has a vacancy for an Electrician at their operation in Maitland. The ideal candidate will have experience on Machine tools (CNC, milling, lathe and grinding machines etc.).

Responsibilities:

• New electrical installation (wiring, testing, and commissioning of equipment).
• Maintenance of site and factory electrical reticulation.
• Fault finding and repair of electrical breakdowns with emphasis on CNC machine.
• Pre – planned preventative maintenance of electrical equipment and machines.
• Preform trade related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Audit factory and draw up a task list to complete findings

Qualifications and Experience:

• NQF Level 3/5 Electrical Engineering
• A Wireman’s license would be advantageous.
