    Corporate Planning Manager - Shatterprufe

    Main job purpose

    • To maintain and manage the medium term planning environment to ensure that budgeted sales can be produced at the company’s facilities to satisfy all customer order fill requirements.

    Main Objective

    • To formulate, manage and submit the forecast as per cycle to PFG and report on consumptions against forecast, highlighting future concerns and deviations in order to maintain future forecast accuracy.
    • To manage medium term planning demands on all sites in order to meet customer requirements and ensure that agreed parameters are implemented to maintain targeted working capital levels.
    • Responsible for the existence of an audited master data control system and that master data is maintained accurately to ensure system accuracy.
    • Responsible for reporting and challenging manufacturing's performance against production plan and provide a rough cut capacity plan on planning horizon.
    • Responsible for monitoring of working capital levels on a monthly basis, addressing parameters which drive them and report trends to Supply Chain Manager to facilitate decision making.
    • To liaise with all sites and PFG on a weekly basis in order to maintain communication between PFG and sites on raw glass supply to identify potential issues.
    • To resolve system idiosyncrasies identified by the Central Planner and continuously monitor and improve transactional data impacting the plan.
    • Responsible for the management of effective OEM Releases to ensure that releases balance to deliveries and smooth monthly bucket demands.
    • To ensure staff are effectively managed and held accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures, and that staff are developed and mentored through the talent management and IDP processes to drive capability in business.
    • Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.

    Senior Customer Service Consultant

    Main job purpose

     

    To manage the front desk of a Fitment Centre by providing professional operational support and general business consultation to all customers and staff, whilst ensuring compliance to corporate identity, operating standards and business processes and procedures.  To ensure that all internal sales are processed and administered to standard business practices and taking a guiding and leadership role in the abcense of a Fitment Centre Manager.

     

     

    Main Objective

    • Contribute towards the achievement of Company budgets by following and facilitating effective stock control procedures, generating sales, effective cash management and strict adherence to Company processes that will result in sustainable profitability and growth.
    • To handle the processing of claims accurately and quickly by liaising with the customer on the correct excess amounts and collect payments to ensure that daily key performance indicators are achieved and to avoid any financial losses to the business.
    • Ensure that the Best Administrative Practices are always adhered to when conducting administration in order to ensure stock control and ordering processes are adhered to and customers have the ultimate low effort experience.
    • Utilise the scheduling system in the Service Centre, maximising the productivity of fitters, in order to maintain the targetted jobs per fit per day, enabling the Fitment Centre to run to full capacity and customers' expectations are managed.
    • To accurately order stock according to work schedules following the buy-out procedures to ensure that there are no delays in rendering services to customers to maintain the highest standard possible.
    • Adhere and obey to any other reasonable work requests from PG Glass Management.
    • Secure end of day and split reports, analyse all variances  and escalate all  discrepencies to manager so as to ensure processes have been adhered to, and to avoid financial losses.
    • To upskill and develop counter staff by identifying training needs, conducting and facilitating over-the-shoulder training and liaising with management so as to ensure exceptional customer service is achieved (low effort experience) through skills building and knowledge sharing.
    • Identify and escalate any potential detractors which may negatively affect the targeted Nett Promoter Scores (NPS), which in turn would affect the Fitment Centre's KPI's and business achievement of a Low Effort Customer Experience.

    Maintenance and Engineering Manager - Isando

    Main Job Purpose:

    • The main job purpose is to ensure the efficient and safe operation of plant machinery while optimizing costs and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This includes adherence to safety and legal requirements, implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, providing technical support and training, and identifying and implementing corrective measures for equipment failures.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure adherence to safety and legal requirements as per the OHS Act for plant machinery, maintenance activities, projects and contractors and the 5S
    • To implement and drive continuous improvement and cost saving initiative projects by following the correct Procurement procedures to ensure the optimal utilisation of materials, spares and services.
    • Drive the maintenance strategy, objectives and tactics in line with business requirements through available resources (People, cost, equipment, spares and SAP or similar systems) to ensure optimum performance and reliability of the plant and equipment.
    • Provide technical support and mentoring of staff through effective training development and management in line with business policies, procedures and standards.
    • Manage the CAPEX through proper budgeting with regards to shutdown maintenance and upgrading of machinery to minimise cost.
    • Identifying, recommending and implementing corrective measures by performing root cause analysis on equipment and all system failures, in order to effectively manage and drive the risk assessment process.

    Educational Background:
