Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Business/ Commerce or Information Technology

Experience

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in infrastructure solutions, of which one (1) was spent managing a team.

Or

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in infrastructure solutions, of which one (1) was spent managing a team.

Core Description

• To support and coordinate all activities across all ITSS LOB in the managing of Back-to-Back customer and Supplier order processing, ETA management, delivering and invoicing of deals in accordance with the Back Office process and BCX Governance rules

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Compile an accurate billing request pack for Billing Centre of Excellence 
• Process supplier orders according to BCX and ITSS requirements 
• Continuously ensure the financial management of cost of sales per customer order, in relation to the BCX SAP Quote 
• Ensure purchase of FEC (Foreign Exchange Contract) is in accordance with the BCX policy 
• Obtain ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) for all purchase orders, record and communicate as per ITSS requirements 
• Manage and verify supplier invoice 
• Assist and follow up on all backlog queries and ensure that correct amounts are always invoiced 
• Ensure all deliveries to customer are done within requirements and that customer invoice requests comply with BCX procedures and policies 
• Manage deliverer request according to Roll out project requirements and SLA 
• Understand product / knowledge of how configs are made up 
• Understand and have knowledge on serial number tracing

Core Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining advanced financial forecasting models across Finance Business Unit streams to support accurate budgeting, planning, and performance management.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Develop, validate, and maintain revenue and financial forecasting models across Finance Business Unit streams, including revenue, expenditure, cash flow, and financial performance indicators.
• Apply appropriate statistical techniques, time series analysis, and machine learning methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.
• Deliver forecasting input into budgeting, planning, and financial review cycles in alignment with BCX financial governance processes.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports to support financial performance monitoring and executive decision making.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for non technical stakeholders within Finance and the wider business.
• Ensure compliance with BCX data governance standards and legislative requirements, including POPIA, through appropriate documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, contributing to capability development within the Finance analytics function.

Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 7: 3 year Bachelors Degree in Data Science or related field

Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

• NQF 8: Honours Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Finance or Data Science

Experience

• Minimum of 7 -10 years’ experience in advanced analytics, financial forecasting, or financial planning functions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Finance Business Units with budgeting, forecasting, or performance analysis.
• Experience working in regulated and governance led environments.

Certifications

• Relevant Certification will be an advantage
