HR CO-ORDINATOR | FULL TIME
OVERVIEW:

• Positions Available at JHE - Cosmo City & CPT - Blackheath
• “Must reside in or near these two areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsible for full on boarding process
• Assisting department heads with all labour related matters
• Recruitment and selection process (white & blue collars) as per line manager requirements
• Conduct screening Interviews with line manager.
• “Liaise with Head of Departments (line manager) to schedule final interviews
• Drafting the *Offer of Employment" for approval by Heads of Department and Managing Director
• Collecting of jobs descriptions from department heads and submit to management for approval
• Ensure all Health and Safety Legislation is adhered to and implemented
• ‘Assisting all Head of Departments with any COIDA incidents and report to SERR
• Assist department heads with performance appraisals
• “Schedule all training with SERR
• Ensure all new/ amended policies and procedures are communicated to all employees
• Conduct background checks (Nexis Lexis] if and when required
• Receiving leave forms for Head of Departments to sign
• Schedule training as per Head of Department requirements
• Ensure training register is up to date, new and refreshment
• Ad Hoc HR matters

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel and Outlook - Problem solving skills

Education & Exper

• Matric/Grade 12 - Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management - At least 3 years" experience within the HR

• Ensure all telephone calls are answered rapidly in an accurate, professional and friendly manner
• Directs calls to the correct department or employee
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately, notify personnel of visitor's
• arrival
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Admin
• Obtain and file all general filling accurately
• Compile sales quotations and proposals for all sales representatives upon request
• Approval in writing needs to be given by the sales representative for all quotations and proposals
• before sent to the customers

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

•  Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Demonstrate the ability for higher thinking

Education and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12
