    Specialist Design and CI

    Purpose of Job

    • Problem solving and opportunity generation: utilisation of various methodologies to develop sound alternatives to a solution; use sound arguments and criteria to select an optimal solution.
    • Knowledge of the different project /initiative governance models and requirements in the Group (i.e. Gate Reviews, VAR)

    Snr Manager Project Management

    Purpose of Job

    • A critical role within GSO MGP which operates on behalf of MGP, and which is the accountable interface management focal point between the PSA Development Project execution team (residing within GSO MGP) and the associated business and external stakeholder environment.

    Project information management and reporting:

    • A significant amount of development project execution information exchange and associated reporting is required, which needs to be closely managed and coordinated to ensure timely and accurate reporting of development project information to business and external stakeholders.

    Stakeholder relations

    • Building and maintaining good relations between the development project execution team and its business and external stakeholders is critical and requires continuous stakeholder relations management. This also includes stakeholder activity and event management and coordination, e.g. TCMs, MCMs, site engagements.

    Commercial agreement enablement

    • A number of commercial agreements are required to enable the execution of the PSA field development plan and subsequent upstream commercial operations, e.g. product stream sales agreements, processing utilities agreements, transportation agreements, operations / maintenance agreements

    Permits, licensing and regulatory compliance:-

    • A number of permits and licenses are required to enable both the execution of the PSA field development plan and subsequent upstream commercial operations, e.g. DUATs, construction licenses, installation licenses, operations licenses. Close collaboration is required between the Mozambique country management and corporate affairs team and the project teams to ensure licenses are issued in sufficient time to enable project execution and subsequent upstream commercial operations.

    Operations and business readiness enablement:

    • There are significant requirements for the development project execution team to enable operations and business readiness in parallel to the project execution activities, which requires close management and monitoring.

    Project enablement:-

    • The development project execution team requires a minimum level of supporting infrastructure and Company operational support in order to execute its development project activities, and this role will liaise with Company operations within Mozambique to ensure the requirements are provided for.

    Business Analyst (Energy Business Solutions)

    Purpose of Job

    • Report into the Portfolio Management & Investment Assurance team and provide a service to Energy Business Solutions (EBS) which includes Mobility and Customer Experience (MCX), Commercial Energy Solutions (CES) and Low Carbon Energy Solutions (LCES).
    • Deliver on business analysis and capital portfolio management to enable optimal investment decisions in line with the company strategy.
    • Responsible for informed portfolio formulation and the facilitation of effective decision-making through enforcing standardised and fit for purpose investment criteria, governance processes, rigorous value-adding investment assurance and applicable business frameworks.

    Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
    Portfolio Management: 

    • Responsible for the Energy Business Solutions (EBS) capital portfolio, including rolling capital plan submissions, monthly reporting, and active capital management. 
    • Engage with business leaders and stakeholders on capital performance and provide feedback and guidance in relation to capital availability, updated forecasting and funding request planning. 
    • Support the custodianship of the EBS Delegation of Authority (DoA), capital and development funds governance and business processes, and the functioning of the Capital Investment Forum.

    Snr Pricing & Margin Analyst Mobility

    Purpose of Job

    • To perform complex analyses of domestic and global customer history, market dynamics, trends and developments to identify suitable pricing, volume and margin formulae to support sales teams and growth/profitability targets.

    Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

    • Develop, evaluate, and model strategic pricing positions of mobility-related products and solutions, considering business needs, market realities, and best practices. 
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of and compile critical market insight reports on market dynamics, trends, and developments.
