    IFRS and Consolidation Specialist

    Discover The Role:

    • The IFRS and Consolidation Specialist is responsible for the timely and correct handling of all matters concerning IFRS and consolidation requests of client companies, including management reporting and legally required financial statements, either consolidated or under IFRS (or both), in close cooperation with the servicing teams managing these client entities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of IFRS and consolidation deliverables
    • Work closely and effectively with the client servicing teams
    • Knowing clients’ business and following it up regularly, being available for client’s queries, managing clients’ expectations within the scope of services delivered, ensuring client accounts are in good standing and that no backlogs exist
    • Ensuring that databases like ViewPoint are updated and maintained
    • Participating in IFRS and Consolidation Team activities, including in preparation of technical memorandums, presentations and trainings

    Key Requirements:

    • University degree in Accounting/Finance
    • Minimum of 3 years practical experience (preferably from Big4 company)
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
    • Team player who enjoys taking responsibility and can also work independently.
    • Excellent Microsoft office knowledge (excel / word)

    IFRS and Consolidation Senior Specialist

    Discover The Role:

    • The IFRS and Consolidation Senior Specialist is responsible for the timely and correct handling of all matters concerning IFRS and consolidation requests of client companies, including management reporting and legally required financial statements, either consolidated or under IFRS (or both), in close cooperation with the servicing teams managing these client entities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing a portfolio of clients;
    • Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation reporting packages;
    • Preparing and reviewing financial reports (IFRS and/or Luxembourg GAAP);
    • Being responsible for the delivery of excellence in customer service and for maximizing the client satisfaction;
    • Maintaining contact and effectively communicating with clients, auditors and other third parties;
    • Participating in IFRS and Consolidation Team activities, including in preparation of technical memorandums, presentations and trainings

    Key Requirements:

    • At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably from a big 4 company or trust;
    • Experience in preparation of financial statements;
    • Good IFRS and Consolidation working knowledge;
    • Degree in Accounting/Finance, professional qualification considered as an asset;
    • Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) and a team player;
    • Pro-active and client service attitude;
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
    • Knowledge of Prophix consolidation tool considered as an asset
    • Excellent command of English, knowledge of other language considered as an asset.

    Intern - Business Academy

    Key Functions and Responsibilities

    • Conduct research and draft solutions for review
    • Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs
    • Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder
    • Predominantly will interact within the Business Academy team, though may join meetings or email threads that include the wider business
    • Video editing
    • PowerPoint skills to support learning content development
    • Strong written English skills are required, and any video editing experience will be an advantage

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Graduate or post-graduate student with focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies
