KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Supporting, maintaining, and managing key dealer systems, mainly focusing on customer experience systems.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements and translate them into project requirements.
• Conducting requirement elicitation sessions, documenting detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Working closely with the development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders. Communicating updates, project timelines, and progress effectively and advocating for the customer in all project discussions and decisions.
• Executing digital strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the overall user experience.
• Gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback into the development cycle.
• Analysing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and tracking project performance against objectives.
• Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordination (meetings & events).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• NQF Level 7 (Minimum 360 credits on level 8 framework) qualification in Information technology or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years’ industry experience (i.e. product owner, business analysis or project management would be advantageous).
• Customer experience systems knowledge and experience – advantageous
• Automotive industry knowledge and experience – advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate at different levels.
• Ability to manage various tasks with multiple time spans concurrently, respond to and manage changing priorities.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Creditor Function

• Raising of purchase orders as and when required.
• Raising of goods receipts and/or service entries as and when required.
• Processing of vehicle purchase and commission invoices in the Miles system ensuring that the Long-Term Contract files are complete and correct when submitted for release of payment.
• Extract and e-mail monthly Recipient Created Tax Invoices for dealer commission.
• Extract, check, and e-mail monthly Recipient Created Tax Invoices for payments to insurance company, maintenance and tracking service providers.
• Processing of vendor invoices in SAP and ensuring payment is made when invoices fall due.
• Creating payments in Standard Bank and ensuring all payments are released in the bank.

Financial Accounting Function

• Daily reconciliation of the Debit Order bank account to Miles systems.
• Processing of standing journal entries in SAP, e.g., Depreciation, accruals.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations of fixed assets, debtors, creditors, and bank accounts.
• Extraction and preparation of documents for monthly VAT Declaration.

Working as part of KINTO SA Team

• Positive and constructive relationships with all staff and management in KINTO SA are maintained at a high level.
• Promotion of an environment of continuous improvement through the Toyota Way and Kaizen.
• Report writing – ability to construct logical, concise documents that are appropriate to the intended recipients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• NQF Level 5 (240 credits) Diploma or Finance related qualification.
• 2 years creditors management experience
• 2 years financial accounting experience
• Work experience in the Leasing environment would be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical skills would be an added advantage
• Commercially aware and credible internally and externally.
• 3 Years Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office products).
• Knowledge of Toyota Way key concepts.
• Knowledge of KINTO and Toyota business operations
• SAP experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Carbon neutrality project planning & implementation based on company strategy and commitments study, identify, and manage projects to achieve carbon neutrality.
• Utility monitoring and reporting: Implement, maintain, and upgrade systems to monitor utility consumption and to report to various company structures.
• Utility budgeting and Financial Reporting
• Provide training and guidance to nominated plant energy champions (energy optimization and reduction activities and carbon neutrality)
• Working with nominated plant energy champions to study and implement feasible energy efficiency and waste (muda) reduction projects.
• Responsible for energy management
• Drive optimisation of energy consumption
• CO2 reduction projects implementation within the designated TSAM plants including RE

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• BSc Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Chemical )Engineering Completed
• Minimum of 4 years (Post Qualification) working experience
• Successful completion of Certified Energy Manager (CEM) examination
• Working knowledge of energy optimization and reduction projects will be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Renewable Energy engineering design and implementation projects will be advantageous.
• Working experience in production engineering, mmaintenance engineering, operations management and systems engineering design will be advantageous.
• Completion of a reputable engineering graduate working training programme will be advantageous.
