Job Description    

• Do you have at least two years debt collections experience? We are looking for YOU!
• Our Debt Collections Department requires people with collections experience, a real passion for retail and commitment to a high level of customer service, to work as a Debt Collector.

Key Responsibilities    

•  Advises customer of total due amount (arrears + instalment due).
•  Asks for immediate payment/confirm PTP.
•  Confirms when next payment will be.
•  Confirms salary date and ensure correlations between salary date, PTP date and date last paid.
•  Advises customer of the relevant consequences of non-payment or benefits of making payment.
•  Negotiate for total due/Multiple PTPs.
•  Offers the option to pay via credit card and explain benefits of paying via credit card.
•  Offer a debit order and explain benefits of a debit order payment.
•  All info updated correctly and correct action codes used.

Qualifications and Experience    

•  Matric or equivalent qualification
•  Minimum two years experience in Collections

At the centre of Truworths Ladieswear success is the in-house Design Department. This is where the garment comes to life. We have an opportunity for a Designer on a Fixed Term Contract within the Design department.
Key Responsibilities  

•  Using your considerable experience, expertise and great fashion eye you can keep up to date with global & current fashion trend
• Ability to communicate with the Buyers by providing new and exciting ideas on an ongoing basis
• Working closely with the Sample Room to issue styles ensuring to give the consumer the trendiest product for the season
• Provides an effective day-to-day service to the business with a particular emphasis on submitting samples for fit & seal approval, sourcing trims both locally & internationally
• You thrive on meeting the critical path deadlines to ensure the efficient sample development

Qualifications and Experience  

•  Ability to confidently apply your talents and skills to this awesome career opportunity
• You will need 5+ years of design experience in a similar fashion retail or creative manufacturing environment

Competencies    

• Your skill set should include: Design skills with experience in – InDesign and Photoshop, as well as CAD skills with strong strength in product.
