D365 Project Management Intern

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting D365 Project Management team
• Co-ordinate project resources and capacity
• Coordinate internal delivery teams
• Provide general administrative support
• Status and Progress Reporting
• Assist with scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes
• Organize and maintain project files and Teams site
• Obtain weekly project status from all working team stakeholders
• Assist PMO leadership in overseeing project schedules and managing of milestones
• Assist with preparation of project reports
• Administration and coordination support across project workstreams as required

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with various stakeholders (internal & external)
• Ensure all milestones are delivered on time, within budget and in scope
• Prepare and assist with project documentation
• Project Administration
• Keep record of meeting minutes

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Job Description
Working within an Application Development Environment which includes design, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance and support of the development environment. Produces complex program specifications and implements system enhancements. Works within a framework of programming standards, as part of a project team.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and associated tools (LCS)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Language, and SSRS (SSIS / SSAS is a plus)
• Knowledge of developing integrations and customizations in Dynamics AX.
• Experience with multiple modules in Dynamics AX
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain AIF and XML endpoints for integrations.
• C# Development Experience beneficial.
