• Writes narratives, scripts and storyboards, annotations and treatments
• Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to audience
• Presents ideas to both the wider internal team and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
• Comprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning
• Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
• Contributes work to pitches
• Drives, defines and feeds back on: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration
• Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors
• Executes creative concepts together with Art Director at the direction of the creative director

• Focuses on day-to-day training
• Participates in day-to-day campaign implementation
• Proactively reviews and manages client data to learn and understand the different features of performance on campaigns
• Learn and understand how to track and report on campaign results, gathering data analysis and participates in calls and events when necessary
• Learn how to generate campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking
• Ask questions, ask for help

• Participates in the entire software development cycle - requirements’ analysis, design and development, unit testing and documentation
• Responsible for long-term code reusability and stability
• Proactively identifies security, usability etc. issues and formulates strategies to resolve them
• Works independently, without guidance, with broader overview on the project
• Takes ownership for the delivery of complex application features and resolves key technical issues related to the assigned project
• Complies with estimation process and is responsible for accurate personal estimates
• Develops required software features, achieving timely and quality delivery
• Delivers trainings and participates in knowledge sharing
• Mentors new software engineers in the team
• Integrates new technologies
• Understands and follows the release processes in the company
